"I can not say enough about the team at Revival Energy! I have been working with them for 4 years now on my 90 yr old Portland home. Ben was my introduction to their work with an energy assessment. I wanted to seal up all the drafty areas of my home and install central A/C. During the assessment, Ben quickly identified that my furnace was producing dangerous levels of carbon monoxide. I really liked his statement, “if this were a public building, it would be condemned.” In their busy season of November, they put me as a priority and installed a new furnace in under 2 weeks. While I don’t recommend this approach to get your furnace quickly, they recognized that I would have no heat and did their best to help me. I then installed A/C the next year. They did a very smooth install of a very efficient central A/C (Rheem prestige). With further house work, we had to move the A/C. This seemed simple to me, but I didn’t realize it would take them almost 8 hours. That refrigerant removal and refill is a slow process, by necessity! A few weeks after the move, I just didn’t feel like the A/C was working well enough (and in the hottest part of the year no less!). Their office staff and specifically the co-owner, Jim Ballman, fielded multiple, multiple phone calls and emails. Robert, their lead service tech and co-owner, came to my house to check it out. Luckily, the Rheem Prestige has a panel that reports error codes. I’m so happy I had this model installed, thanks to Ben! Refrigerant was low and rapidly addressed by Robert. As he got the refrigerant filled, Robert patiently answered all my sniggling questions. He was very gracious, and a very sharp fellow. I am so thankful for their patience, hard work and expertise in their field. It is very hard to find a quality company like this. Please treat them well, they deserve it!!! "I had Mike Guess come to my 100 year old home to give me an estimate for addinging air conditioning to the house and for potentially replacing a 28 year old furnace. I also need a consultation on our old ductwork and he was able to include abatement and new ductwork in the bid. The bid was very competetive and well organized. Mike took the time to explain everything to me and was very responsive to followup questions I sent (many). In the end we used another company. It was not because of anything negative about Sun Glow and Mike Guess. In fact it was a very challenging decision to make. I think we would have been very happy with the work they did for us and way they did the work. If someone is reading this review, I encourage you to consider calling Sun Glow heating and Air Conditioning if you are looking to update your system. PS: I do not have relationship with this company~ I just thought they deserved a positive review for a very positive experience."

"The job went well. I worked primarily with Sterling, who performed the initial estimate and was my contact throughout the job. He provided prompt response to my questions. They helped me choose the furnace based on various price/brand reputation/ efficiency/  tax rebate options. Everything went as planned and the crew was professional, cleaned up after themselves, and communicated well throughout the job. They also reused my existing programmable thermostat (with no problems) even though other bids stated they would need to replace it. I received 3 bids for this job and don't regret going with Mr. Nash--I am warm this winter."

"The plumber arrived on time. Assessed the problems , made a bid and then went ahead and fixed the problems that same day. He made the bid , went out to buy the parts and returned to complete the installation . However I ended up paying over $425/ hour!!!! I thought it would be more difficult to fix the [problem but it only took the actual work about 5 hours total. I want to stress that my job was completed adequately. However, now I feel " taken" for the job provided."

"After  paying Three Mountain Plumbing for two recent trips to look at the same drain we were told that due to the age of the size and age of our basement pipe that the only solution was to pull up the basement tile and jack hammer the cement to get to the pipe in question. The cost of this work was unknown until they got to the pipe near the pea-trap. They did not offer any more conservative solutions and said the drain pipe was too small for a snake or camera.   
We sought another opinion and Apollo cam recommended by our septic installer. Their drain tech supervisor Steven Deveny came out last Friday August 22.   He put a snake and camera through the pipe and could see some heavy accumulation based on years of grease etc. He also put a snake down the kitchen sink and loosed up the bedroom sink which had been draining very slowly.   He thought a jet from the outside would do the trick to the basement drain  and called in another person at Apollo to do the jet work the following day, Saturday August 23.  We needed to have it done right away as the septic tank hole outside would be filled up early this week.
Apollo's Jason Schoell used a mini-jet to blast from the inside as well as from the outside and was able to loose up that accumulated build up.  He tested this by pouring water down the drain as well as filling and emptying the washer.  The drain worked well based on this jet application.
Both Steven and Jason we professional and knowledgeable. Another reason  we enjoyed this experience was Apollo's office always called us when their crew was on the way. 
I would certainly highly recommend Apollo.
