Dale determined that various parts would need to be replaced, but because of the age of our boiler, parts were no longer available. We made the decision to replace it. Lisa obtained the necessary permits, and Dale continually updated us on status, removed the old boiler and installed the new one in record time (just before the deep freeze hit Oregon). He also went into the crawl space (which he did not need to do) to ensure that there was no tap off there which may cause a flow issue. Since the installation of a new PRV, the flow issue has been fixed. My only regret is not calling them in earlier to fix this problem."
