They found that some of our exterior drain pipes were full of roots and they replaced those at what seemed like a very reasonable additional cost. We had one issue we had a question about and they sent two guys out right away to look at it. The only problem we really had was that they didn't call for a locate for where they were going to dig and actually didn't seem familiar with the need to do that."

The dirt was all replaced and it was arranged to come back out and give me a quote for a different process using smart jacks. Due to circumstances at my local building department, the new job had to be postponed until a new permit could be obtained. Once that was done I was rescheduled and the job was completed in a day and a half. When the building inspector came to sign off on the permit, he raved at what a great job they had done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked."
