 I found this company on Angies list, I called and got a great impression immediately. I really enjoyed the Salesman John, He was confident we could go with wood windows in our home even though we had several bids proving them to be too cost prohibitive for us!  He was absolutely right and it was the right decision for us to go with wood!  I am glad he encouraged to at least price it with his company!

 Once we made the decision to go with the company, the owner came out a second time and met with me for the final measurements and discussion of the best possible type of window for each of my openings.  He had some excellent advise but always left the decision to me.  I ended up changing the type of two windows because of his advice.  He had wonderful attention to detail and left nothing un discussed!  They gave us a start date and were right on, never wavering from it. 

We had some second thoughts regarding the staining process prior to the installation; both John and Eric the owner were extremely responsive to our concerns and called and emailed us over a weekend.  Eric talked off our ledge so to speak and addressed our concerns.  We went with his original recommendation to stain them after installation because of the windows being wood as opposed to vinyl.  

The workers arrived promptly on the day the installation was to begin.  They were extremely polite, professional, respectful and neat.  Each day they cleaned up completely and you would not have had any idea the house was having such a large scale job in progress.  The first day we left the house when they had approx. 1 1/2 hours left of work.  I came home to clean neat and tidy house they had even vacuumed the carpet in the room they had been working !!!  They finished the job in 5 days when I had been told 7, this is always a pleasant surprise if you have had any experience with contractors before, early completion was a bonus!!

I do want to specially acknowledge the crew ranging from 3-4 workers daily, but six total contributed to our nicely installed windows.  Manual was our lead installer and did the trim work as well, we were thrilled with his work! He checked with us about trim styles before mounting and some cases we changed our minds when he showed us samples.  He was exceptional to work with. The other workers were just as polite and did quality work but we had less interaction with them but a special thank you to Carlos, Lawrence, Levi and Hugo.

WE were so thrilled with the entire process we may think about re roofing using this company as well in the near future!!

"After Q came to give me an estimate he stayed for about 30 minutes and fixed the pocket door for free. He and his team did a great job of matching the stain of the new chimney siding to the older siding on the house. He came up with a creative way to discourage the woodpeckers from returning to our chimney. They were always professional and friendly. We would hire them again."
