Mr. Cortes was very informative and explained in detail the work needed to be done. He came out on the 29th and they started work on the 31st. ( New Years Eve) They worked all day and into the night! They got it All done in one long day! Impressive! I recommend HVAC Ministries they are excellent, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves leaving no mess. Was able to get an appointment within a few days. We had soot and smoke damage to our home from the Mollala fires.We had a restoration service that worked on removing the soot. But we also wanted our ducts cleaned. I ordered the duct cleaning, plus the dryer vent cleaning and the Antimicrobial Treatment (highly recommend). Our visit was scheduled for 8AM. Jesus from Northwest Duct Services promptly came out to give us an estimate and then scheduled the repairs and duct cleaning on a Sunday so that we could be rid of the mice as soon as possible.
