Excellent! We were pleased with every aspect of our contact with Ideal Temp Heating and Cooling. The owner was very open and courteous. The technicians came promptly, analyzed the problem, and replaced the faulty parts in record time at a very reasonable cost. They took the time to show us the faulty parts and explain the problems. We recommend them highly! I am writing this as I sit comfortably in my cool, air-conditioned home during a record heat wave!

Price was very reasonable. Service was great. Adrienne the one who I spoke with to set up the service was great, very personable. The tech that came to the house was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing. Service was done in a very timely manner. I ended up having to call later on after we had the new AC installed and was treated with the same friendliness. They were able to come out right away and correct my issue, at no charge. I give this company a 10 out of 10. Great people and great work! They would be my first call if I needed work done again.

Owner Adrienne was very easy to work with, she provided amazing pricing and had it done quickly. Her technician Bob was professional and funny. He made the process easy and helped us understand everything he was doing. I'm the type of person to go to Roths and will never again go to them after the care we had with ideal temp. Not only did our ac break last minute in the peak of the summer when I was super pregnant but it was also in the summer where most agencies are super booked up. Adrienne got me scheduled the next day and made us a priority. She also helped our neighbor who needed duct work done. I've never seen a company who actually values their customers and made sure they fit us in at all costs. It took Bob two days and that's with ordering parts and he even stayed way past normal business hours to make sure the job was done. Hands down would recommend them. Every chance I've gotten on Facebook I have recommended them. We just bought a new house and will be using their service again. It's hard to find honest. Hardworking people.
