"It was a very busy time for the company due to all the storm damage, but the owner came out to our home within a few days, after hours, to accommodate our work schedule to inspect the damaged fence and property. He was very personable and carefully examined the fence and damage and went over multiple options with us and his recommendations. There were a few areas that didn’t need replacing and he did not try to oversell and was willing to work with us. We told him we wanted the fence done the right way and wanted it to be sturdy and last as long as possible. He took his time with us, sent us a bid promptly by email and answered all of our questions. There was some question as to the property line and Dick came out again so he could be here when the surveyor came. We made a couple changes to the scope of work and he came and met its us again to go over everything. We had also gotten an estimate from another company but they seemed impersonal, didn’t follow through with questions asked and oversold what needed to be done. The crew came out on time, were friendly but professional and easy to have around. If there were any problems or questions the owner, Dick, was very responsive and made sure everything was done right . We are very happy with our fence and would definitely hire them again"

"NorthCrerk Construction-Dave-did a fabulous job on a fence i needed to deal w a problem neighbor and an easement. Dave went to the city unsolicited to get all the info he could on the easement prior to starting to avoid potential future problems. The fence is sturdy and strong and the gate is amazing. Dave also went above and beyond to fix the shoddy work from my last contrractor who put up a fence but only cemented every other post which I hadnt previously noticed. Due to current weather, North creek is still coming back to do the staining. I recommend Dave and NorthCreek construction 100%"

"Tony did a few projects in our new home, installed a mantle tv bracket for our 65" tv, replaced our kitchen faucet, and most importantly built an extension to our deck. We needed a lower level deck for our new hot tub. Tony worked with us on our requirements and how to incorporate the new deck with the existing one. This included removing an existing glass side railing and adding the stairs as well as replacing the railing on that side. The results are better than we expected. Overall his work is extremely high quality and attention to detail is outstanding."

Red Bear was hired to replace the facia boards for a 1907 Craftsman home and they were extremely efficient, professional, and the craftsmanship is high quality. "The project was quoted promptly and initial communication was pretty good. This was the lowest of 6 bids and price and schedule were the deciding factors in our decision to move forward. After scheduling, I emailed to ask who would be calling 811 to mark the utility lines. Reggie confirmed that he would, but no utility people showed up going into the weekend. We called Reggie and told him this and told him that the project could not start until the lines were marked. He confirmed and mentioned that the utility people should be there since the request was submitted on Friday. We said they needed 2 business days so the earliest they would be there was Monday. We pushed the job back one day since the utility people did not show on Monday. The team showed up on Tuesday and dug and installed the fence posts and then left to pick up the remaining materials for the next day. On day two, the team showed up in the morning and Reggie discovered that they had placed the posts for vertical fencing and not horizontal fencing (needed to be closer together to work with the slats) so they dug up the posts and re-did them. They also installed the 20' of 3 ft tall fence. When I returned from work, I noticed that the 3' tall fence posts had all been cut down to height and not left tall for the 6' gate that was supposed to be installed. We called Reggie and let him know and he said they would re-do those posts. The next day they got to work installing the horizontal boards on the 6' fencing. I video called with Reggie while I was at work (my partner facilitated) to confirm which side of the fence would get the "nice side". We agreed that it would all face inwards. Later that day my partner looked outside and noticed that the crew was installing the boards on the outside of the fence and went out to talk to them and had them switch it back to what we had talked about with Reggie. The next day they continued the fencing without any major hiccups and the last day the box gates were built and installed. We reviewed the work with Reggie acknowledging that everything was done correctly and looked nice. We mentioned the confusion (including having to re-do work after we asked questions) and lack of communication and he acknowledged the challenges and pointed out that it was done in the end. After the project was completed, I emailed, texted and called to ask for a receipt and did not receive one until my partner called multiple times. Reggie did show up to make a minor repair to a gate latch about 1 month later. Overall, the workmanship is good, but the communication was not very good."
