Came to view work to be completed. Sent a quote, as per our discussion. Showed up, completed job and left area in a decent condition. I would recommend them and will consider them for additional jobs.

The fact that heâ s a veteran help me make my decision Iâ m a veteran. Also, he was great to work with.

Paul arrived when he said he would and performed the request to overseed the lawn. There are small sections that did not take but we will wait until Spring to check the final results. That is the only reason that I did not give an overall excellent as we are still waiting on the outcome. Otherwise, his responsiveness and work ethic are A-one.

Responded quickly provided reasonable quote quickly. Job was complete on time. Upon expecting the property an hour after completion several large holes were left in the siding of the trailer. The landlord was not happy. There were pieces of siding in the grass next to the damage so it was definitely new. I was offered no resolution. They have denied making these damages. I've taken several pictures and would be happy to submit them for review. If the siding wasn't damaged and we were offered a resolution or any communication at all afterward it would have been a better experience. Overall do not recommend I felt this situation was not handled professionally.

By the next day, the property was mowed, and I received photos to show that the job had been done. I then hired them to mow again in two weeks. They did the job promptly. Paul does a great job on my yard and I never have to worry about piles of grass burning my yard in the summer heat. He does amazing clean up and trims and edges to perfection. I had been through a couple of lawn maintenance people but when I found Tactical Landscaping I stopped looking. I am so happy I don't have to worry about my lawn care with my busy schedule. My yard would be waist high by the time I got around to cutting it. But with Tactical he just lets me know when he is coming and I pay him electronically once he lets me know it is done. I don't have to worry about getting pictures afterwards because I know it will be done right the first time. That gives me great peace of mind knowing there is one less thing I need to worry about in my home maintenance schedule. I will use them every year when the yard starts growing again until the fall.
