"We actually had Bellos Construction do considerably more than just a bathroom remodel. Additional work included installing flooring, installing insulation and drywall, demolition work, roofing repair, etc. Overall the experience was good. Jose is very responsive and helped me out quite a bit dealing with renovating and repairing an older house that was not properly taken care of by the previous owners/renters. The only real issue we had was confirming the materials that would be installed in the bathroom (i.e., fixtures, etc). There was some miscommunication there that probably was not helped by the fact we are out of state and trying to manage a construction project. One thing that stood out about Jose was his willingness to help out with things that didn't fall under his contractual obligations. For example, he helped me transport a water tank when he didn't need to do so. If we have a need for services that Bellos Construction offers, then we will definitely consider them in the future given our experiences with them."

"Jason did an awesome job of installing our carpet. He was very respectful, came each day on time and let us know what to expect for the following days. He finished on time and even brought in some furniture that was delivered by UPS. He was a very nice person to work with and the price of the carpet was quite reasonable and the quality is great. "NW Professional Hardwood installed Acacia hardwood floors in our great room, dining room, primary bedroom and walk in closet when we replaced the carpet. The installers did an amazing job with the transition from the tile to the hardwood. They showed up when they said they would be here, kept the work area as clean as possible, and communicated any concerns. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome as the quality installation really wows."

"Super quality. Virgil and crew are superlative, especially in unconventional or difficult installations. Firm is a regular sub for Hardline Design and Construction, our general contractor. All Green did several larger rooms, two of which included short stairs involving bull nosing and complex angles. The two rooms were over concrete and, after removing old carpet and testing surface of concrete for moisture transmission through concrete around cracks in floor, moisture was deemed too high to permit a stable maple floor that would not expand and contract. Virgil suggested applying a specialized sealant from Germany to prevent moisture-laden air from moving up through cracks in concrete. Barrier was successfully applied and floors installed. Work involved adjacent rooms, multiple steps and landings, several angles and scribing wood flooring to a large rough stone fireplace hearth. Unusually complex and detailed work. Virgil was on this job himself. He explained to us what needed to happen, asked about the level of detail we wanted and was generally most personable. Their work for us turned out fabulous. "We dealt with Koeber's in the past when replacing bathroom flooring and were very pleased. Based on our experience, we turned to them to replace our existing 1,000 square feet of laminate and tile downstairs flooring. The business is relatively small family owned and dealing with them feels that way - everyone was very helpful in helping us decide which type of flooring best met our needs. We did not price shop - based on reviews and our previous experience, we chose what we felt was the best option for our work. On the negative side, the installation queue was 8 weeks out - not a problem for us but might be an issue if you had to have it done tomorrow. The installation took 4 days and they were able to float the flooring material over our existing floor with no transition required - even though we used a different pattern in our kitchen area. The installers (John/Kevin) were extremely polite, moved all of our furniture, worked around our PC so it did not need to be disconnected, and were extremely tidy. We are quite pleased with the flooring and our dealings with Koeber's. Shopping around might get you a better price but our chief criterion was quality and dependability - and we were not disappointed."
