He encouraged us to buy items that we felt comfortable purchasing, and on those technical items, he gladly stepped up. He reached out to us the weekend before the work and again the day before. On his scheduled day he was on-time and prepared to get to work. Tony is safety conscious for all in the home, including pets. His knowledge and experience show through as there are no wasted steps or efforts. Starting on time, he finished early. He is extremely clean and tidy, leaving the work site better than when he arrived. "We actually had Bellos Construction do considerably more than just a bathroom remodel. Additional work included installing flooring, installing insulation and drywall, demolition work, roofing repair, etc. Overall the experience was good. Jose is very responsive and helped me out quite a bit dealing with renovating and repairing an older house that was not properly taken care of by the previous owners/renters. The only real issue we had was confirming the materials that would be installed in the bathroom (i.e., fixtures, etc). There was some miscommunication there that probably was not helped by the fact we are out of state and trying to manage a construction project. One thing that stood out about Jose was his willingness to help out with things that didn't fall under his contractual obligations. For example, he helped me transport a water tank when he didn't need to do so. If we have a need for services that Bellos Construction offers, then we will definitely consider them in the future given our experiences with them."

"We hired Lex Construction for siding replacement and exterior paint, which included replacing two windows, some general construction to repair bulges in the studs and some roofing/fascia board repair. Of all the companies we had bid, we really felt like Mike listened to our vision and didn’t feel the need to rearrange it to his preference. He also gave us some great suggestions and recommendations, some which we decided to go ahead with and some not. The price was really reasonable, and we ended up adding the front deck replacement mid-project. Both Mike and Troy were responsive and courteous, and did a great job, as well as the contractors that covered the roofing and paint. A few minor details were missed between what we discussed and what they executed, but nothing major. Overall we were really happy with them, and plan to use them again for additional projects we have in mind. We highly recommend them for your next project!"
