"I found them a very delightful human being. The installation went well except the plunger which didn't work. They assured me that there were coming back to fix that, but they haven't been back yet. I had them booked for the next job. They did such a great work that my daughter is interested to hire them. I would definitely highly recommend them to anybody. They were fast and efficient. They did a terrific work. I enjoyed having them here. I certainly would not have anybody else come in their place. They have a lifetime customer as long as they come back to fix the plunger. "The specific project completed on our home was to provide drainage, including a sump pump, in our crawl space and to replace the vapor barrier. Although our particular project was very difficult, including a clay surface below the old vapor barrier, the crew managed to prepare the drainage pipe ditch and lay perimeter drainage pipe. They labored with soil that was either too wet and therefore too sticky to work with a shovel, or soil that was too dry and almost rock hard. After many days of effort they managed to successfully install pipe, sump pump and vapor barrier. In spite of the very difficult conditions with which they struggled to complete the project, the crews who worked on our project were very courteous and professional in the way they did their job. I would highly recommend Josh Lowe's Dr. Energy Saver Home Services."

"Blakely did the plumbing work on a new bath that we put in last year (everything turned out great!), so we were familiar with the company when we called them for this additional service for the old bathroom. Initial inspection was performed by Mr. Blakely himself; followup installation was done by his assistant. Both are cordial and professional in manner. Work was completed well and in a timely fashion. We also discussed a longer-term project to replace our kitchen sink, and were invited to visit the Blakelys' own kitchen to view one faucet option. Not the kind of treatment you'd get from Lowe's! Would definitely recommend this business.
