Later they helped fill out the forms for Energy trust and the Oregon Tax Credit, mailed them, and sent me the copies.
Groth Gates helped me fill in the paperwork for the rebates, mailed the originals to Energy Trust and Oregon Dept. of Energy, and sent me copies.
This system was put in a rental unit. The tenant had gotten called into work before the system was finished and missed being shown the maintenance. I contacted the renter a couple of weeks later to get together and show him what maintenance needed done. He told me the first one had already been done. Someone came by and showed him how to do it. Groth Gates going that extra step to make sure the person actually living there had the information they needed really impressed me.
had good reviews I be safe I was wrong. I will never refer or use this company again.
