"The system is working great and appears to be just what we needed. It's new, so I can't really determine how it will preform long term - but comes highly recommended. 
We have nothing but good things to say about the responsiveness and professionalism of everyone we dealt with a Shiloh (i.e. the customer service person on the phone when you call, Misti, The owner of Shiloh, Mike, the salesman, Nathan and the installer, Judah).  
Two recommendations I would make.
1.  If you agree on a system - request it in writing.  The system we had installed is the top of the line system - but we had agreed upon a mid tier system to save $$.  Shiloh made it right with us and charged us the agreed upon price - but it would have been easier for them, and us, to have the system we agreed upon.  In the long run, the system installed will be a better product as it has a longer warranty and a few more bells and whistles. 
2.  If you have  new construction - have the installer come out and assess the place where it will go.  Nathan, the salesman is great and I am sure there is no one on the planet more passionate about the Kinetico system than Nathan.   However, our house was not quite finished and the tile was already installed and Nathan was a bit perplexed about where and how the system would be installed in our home.  The owner of Shiloh (Mike) actually came out and took a look and made the final determination. The install went perfectly and was super easy and efficient.
Judah gave a thorough demonstration after install and answered all of our questions.  2 days after install - Nathan came out and flushed the drinking water system for us and tested the water again.   Very very professional and would really recommend Shiloh.

"The specific project completed on our home was to provide drainage, including a sump pump, in our crawl space and to replace the vapor barrier. Although our particular project was very difficult, including a clay surface below the old vapor barrier, the crew managed to prepare the drainage pipe ditch and lay perimeter drainage pipe. They labored with soil that was either too wet and therefore too sticky to work with a shovel, or soil that was too dry and almost rock hard. After many days of effort they managed to successfully install pipe, sump pump and vapor barrier. In spite of the very difficult conditions with which they struggled to complete the project, the crews who worked on our project were very courteous and professional in the way they did their job. "well... the work was done by Ecowater Northwest who is no longer. Reason for the review is that when I stopped hearing from Ecowater Northwest, I found out they were bought out by Culligan. Which is confusing because if you google Ecowater Northwest, you get Wolfer's Heating whose website claims they now own EcoWater Northwest. It seems Culligan got all the old customer files from Ecowater Northwest and Wolfer's got the rights to carry the Ecowater brand going forward. So I called Culligan last year and they found my file from Ecowater Northwest and they said they could support me for replacement filters for the systems that EcoWater Northwest had installed in my home. Great. For a while.
Fast forward to today.. I haven't heard from Culligan since July of this year. The way Ecowater Northwest operated, they would send notices to their customers when it was time to replace filters. I have 4 different filters in my systems and sure hope Culligan is tracking it. The Ecowater RO filters are proprietary and not allowed for sale on the internet - so you are locked in to a Ecowater dealer. Who is it.. Culligan? or Wolfer's? Who's going to continue the maintenance agreement of notifying legacy Ecowater Northwest customers that it's time to replace filters?
