We are a family run business, we are 4th & 5th generation contractors. I first received my Oregon general contractors license in 1978. Today, we specialize in providing design build services for remodeling residential and commercial buildings. We self perform some carpentry related tasks and have long standing relationships with many specialty contractors in our area. We always rely on licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians and electricians to do specialty work. Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. "I’d like to cover up a hole in my yard but this company came in made sure that my septic lines were working Then they put in a new distribution box and left. I called them and let them know it was leaking and they have not fixed it and now are trying to tell me that my septic lines are not working when when they told me they were. This company has no integrity. They do poor workmanship they are rude and inconsiderate when it comes to customer service I would not recommend this company to nobody!!!"

We no longer have to run the AC non-stop to try and make the attic livable in the summer. Monte Riddle did the initial assessment and proposal. He was available during every step of the project as I had questions or concerns to make sure nothing slipped through the cracks. The attic was almost 150 degrees the day that Tyler and his crew applied the spray foam, but they kept the schedule. The work wasn't cheap, but they did what no other insultation contractor that I talked to could. I wish I would have known about them years ago."
