We called Shademaker because we wanted to increase the size of our 15-year-old shade structure.  The owner, Bob, came out and suggested a cantilevered awning that would add an additional 150 square feet of covered area.  He quoted a price of $1850 including tax and installation, which seemed reasonable.  Within a few days, the installation crew of three arrived with the awning.  They discovered that the cover on the existing structure, while it looked okay, was actually ready to fail and tear apart in the next good wind storm.  We authorized a  new cover for the old structure, at a cost of $1,800, which again seemed reasonable for 10 x 30 feet.  They removed the old cover and took it with them for a pattern.  The installers returned several days later and installed everything.  They were professional, personable, and took care to do a good job.  It looks awesome, and we are very pleased.  We would use Shademaker again, and recommend them to friends.

We selected the material we wanted. Shademakers measured the current awning frame then ordered the materal and made a new awning. They the came out removed the old and installed the new awning. Looks great. The installation team was very experienced
and was a pleasure to watch the smooth, quality work. Something extra they did was come back and raise the awning so it aligns perfectly with our mobile home roof (no charge) All went well no problems no extra charges.
