About an hour later the pump died. I emailed Dorothy. She responded within a few minutes. It was after five by this time. Gary, the owner, showed up within the hour. Turned out a wire connector had popped loose. He re-connected that pesky thing. There have been no problems since.
I appreciate the work the crew did in the replacement procedure and the rapid response of the Alpine Pump owners to my call for help. They do take care of their customers. I highly recommend them.
They were able to do a great job with our older house.
"We have never installed or sold sump pumps so I think this customer may have us confused with another company on that part but we did install a pressure tank for them in December of 2003."
Alpine came out on the next business day to install a new pressure tank. They arrived early in the morning and completed the job by noon. They worked steadily while they were here and they were very professional throughout. The also cleaned up nicely after they had completed the job.
The job cost approx. $900.00 and seemed reasonable.
I would definitely call Alpine Pump again the next time we need any well/pump service.
