I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

They quoted me $1,200 to repair it. I knew something was off so I told them I'd think about it, and ended up having to pay a $99 service fee for them to come look at it. I did some research and called another company we used before. Parts and labor were $400 total for the same problem/fix and they fixed it within an hour. No service fee charged. What a rip. Call that a $99 lesson learned. Not only that, when we called to ask them to initially come out they did not tell us up front it would cost $99 to just look and diagnose it. I tried calling Gordon's today to reconcile this problem and they stuck to their guns. So I'm writing this to ask people to please consider getting a second quote to prevent double or in my case, triple paying for an easy fix."
