Bob is extremely knowledgeable. Been in the business for years. Quickly diagnosed the problem. He had to order a part, which too a few days. Arrives on time when the part came in. Probably took 10 minutes to diagnose and 15 minutes to install the new ice maker. Couldn't have asked for a better technician.

Our freezer was not freezing and he came himself altho is is semi retired. After calling he came right away and checked our freezer and said the door was probably left open and would start freezing after the door was left shut for some hours. Everything he said was true. It still works perect. I was so glad to see him because this could have been a disaster. He was really nice and friendly. I will never call anyone else.

Everything went well. Bob told me what time frame he had the day before when I initially called and when he had a cancellation the day of the appointment he checked to see if the earlier time would work for me. He came to the house at the agreed upon time after giving me a call 15 minutes before so I could meet him there. He diagnosed and fixed the problem with the drain and gave me instructions for checking to make sure there weren't any other issues (there weren't) and he was done with my refrigerator repair in less than an hour. I'll definitely call him again if there's trouble with another appliance in the future!

Responded quickly to the initial call. Timely and professional. Follow-up visit was on time, professional and thorough. The total bill was lower than what an appliance store had suggested I should expect. He will be my first choice to call for an appliance repair in the future.

Bob was on time, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, cordial, and had a great sense of humor. I'm afraid I have run out of adjectives. He's the kind of guy who puts you at ease. He was able to unclog the washing machine pump in less than 30 minutes. He also looked everything else over and recommended replacing a hose, which I didn't do at the time. $38.00 service charge + $20.00 for labor. More than reasonable. I will definitely call him again for any other large appliance repair.
