Beware of very high pricing! Please shop around and get multiple quotes. We called Gordon's because their name was on the furnace of a house we bought. It ended up being a gas control valve. They quoted me $1,200 to repair it. I knew something was off so I told them I'd think about it, and ended up having to pay a $99 service fee for them to come look at it. I did some research and called another company we used before. Parts and labor were $400 total for the same problem/fix and they fixed it within an hour. No service fee charged. What a rip. Call that a $99 lesson learned. Not only that, when we called to ask them to initially come out they did not tell us up front it would cost $99 to just look and diagnose it. I tried calling Gordon's today to reconcile this problem and they stuck to their guns. So I'm writing this to ask people to please consider getting a second quote to prevent double or in my case, triple paying for an easy fix.

I wasn't able to find the spot to leave a review but I would like to commend Jeremy R. for the diagnosis and repair he completed today at our residence in Norman, OK. We have had the privilege of have Jeremy at our home a couple of times and he is always pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. Today he was quick in his diagnosis and repair of our leak. I used this company to get a brand new heat and air system about three years and it has been one thing after another. I am still dealing with things from their aftermath of getting my system put in. I have made numerous calls and always hear the I will check and speak to my manager and get back with you and never hear anything back. I spent 20 thousand dollars with them to have damaged things in my house from their workers that they refuse to fix that I have tried to get fixed from day one and even with their changed management and oh we want to take care of our customers and I have gotten one call and then never heard back again and I have tried calling some many times. This company only wants your money and doesn’t care about anything else, their lady’s that book your calls have horrible customer service skills, some of their technicians don’t even do what they come out to do, I have had to warranty parts right after the system was put in. They broke my ladder for my attic, there was a support damaged while they were in my attic, my can lights were damaged, when they took out my water heater in order to take out my furnace the Pipe insulation is too close to the metal flue pipe. It is recommended that no pipe insulation be within 18 inches of the flue pipe. The only thing they fixed was the can lights by having someone come out and do that. I’m will never recommend them nor will I never use them as they still to this day have not fixed their issues they did during installation.

No permits for work. How do you measure customer service and performance? In December 2018 we had a new HVAC unit installed. Everything seemed fine until we recently started adding an addition. Since Gordon's did the original install we called them for the duct work extension. $1,400 later we call the city to get an inspection and find out Gordon's did not pull a permit for the duct work. We also find out they never pulled permits for the original installation. When we called Gordon's it took two days to get paperwork sent to the city for the permit. Apparently Gordon's employee who was supposed to pull permits had an expired license on file, thus no permit issued. Finally after two days they got the paperwork to the city. When I called the city today they briefed me Gordon's didn't have enough money in their account to cover the permit. Because of this the city shouldn't do the inspections. Thankfully the city inspector has been very helpful and will inspect us while he waits for Gordon's to pay their bill. Don't have a lot of confidence in a company who can't handle the major portion of a contract.

Actually, we had already said we weren't ever going to use them again, but they had such a deal on the air conditioning and heating.  The price was good.  My husband says that the problem he had with them was, a year after they installed it, they wanted to start replacing stuff on it.  The equipment is fine, so we're happy with the equipment; it's A.  It's really good.

Sometimes they are really really good. Sometimes, depending on the person, they are humans. I've been using them for a number o f years, about 14. They got bought out by service experts. They come out twice a year like clock work. I usually get about a two hour window.

I was SO pleased with every step of the way! I called on a Friday afternoon to get an appointment to see why my A/C wasn't cooling the house down. I was told that they could have someone out in just a few hours to look at the system. They explained the service call charge if no work was performed. It was maybe 5 minutes later that they were able to send a technician over to look at the system. The troubleshooting technician arrived within the allotted 20 minutes. He arrived, introduced himself, made sure his shoes were clean before coming inside, and then went right to work once I had shown him where all of the components were. It took him just a few moments to find the problem -- a leak in the freon line. He talked with me in broad terms about the price to fix verse replace and the benefits of both. I opted for the replace version as it was a wiser use of funds. He finished up his transaction, had the sales guy coming right over, and wished me a good weekend and best of luck with the decisions ahead. Rick showed up not 10 minutes later. He walked me through all of the different models. He explained the efficiencies and what rebates applied. He also made sure that I got some education, in general, on how new systems work as more mix-and-match to get the efficiency and price I wanted. I settled on the unit I wanted, we walked through the paperwork, he secured me some financing to make the process not as painful on the pocketbook, and he left me his business card saying that I could call with any questions I had. He also made sure that I would have my new unit installed on Monday (just two days later) before 4pm since I had a rehearsal I had to attend in addition to removing an old (and broken) water softener system and a power box relocation outside (code requirement) at no extra cost to me. The office called me on Monday morning to say that the technicians were headed my way, and they would be here in 30 minutes or so. Again, SPOT ON on the timing. Zach & Braeden arrived at 9:30am on the spot. They both introduced themselves to me, had me show them the system component locations, and went right to work. Several other team members arrived and departed to complete the needed processes for the installation. At 3:35pm, they were basically done with the installation and were ready to show me the new thermostat. After I was up to speed, they did a few last installation checks, tested everything, explained some things to watch for with a new heat system (smells and the like), and departed promptly at 3:50pm. They made sure that every single space in which they worked was cleaner than they found it too! Every single person along the way was so nice, super knowledgeable, and completely professional. Not only would I hire Gordon's Service Experts again, they have my business for life!

Installed wrong and had to come back, tear it out and install correctly. We had to suffer in the heat for two weeks while they corrected the problem. Sold me things I really didn't need but I went with salesmen recommendation.

Our AC started blowing warm air. We saw Gordon's got great reviews on Google so we gave them a try. It started with the lady who made the appointment. Nice and great sense of humor. We had an appointment for 4pm but lucked out when our tech finished a job early and got to our place by 1:30pm. After meeting Julio Rios, I knew right away he was a good guy. Very friendly, and knowledgeable, Julio diagnosed our problem in minutes and made all necessary repairs but not before asking my permission on certain changes and alterations, which I think is a key attribute in good service. Julio was very helpful and went above and beyond updating or 70's era HVAC unit, making sure the unit was performing as efficient as possible, to make sure we can get as many years as possible out of the geriatric unit. I'd recommend Gordon's to anyone especially if all there techs are on the same level as Julio Rios.

We had a bad experience. Our system is bad, its cuts off. So when it does that it cuts off the AC. But first we had them come do a maintenance. They changed something in our system but put it upside down. We had the AC running all day but no cold air would come out.  So we called and they had another person come out and fix it and it started working. It keeps kicking off the thermostat. They kept saying it is because of OGE because the thermostat belongs to them. I call OGE and they said nothing is wrong with the thermostat.I called them out because it was getting like 85 degrees at night. They said it was nothing wrong with the AC but the thermostat. My husband came and looked at it and one of the parts was faulty, he changed it and since then we have not had any problems. They are expensive. When there is a set appointment they come on time, it is acceptable. There were 3 of them. Did not see the first two, third was nice but he said there was nothing wrong.

It's part of an ongoing annual deal that they offer. You pay $89 and when you do that, they will give you two courtesy checks and diagnostic checks to make sure everything is operational. We have a geothermal. Many of the heating and air conditioning people here, not everybody is trained equally when it comes to geothermal. They have four or five guys at Service Experts here, in this area, that are really trained well on geothermal. So when he comes here, I know that he is going to do a good job servicing it. I don't have to wonder what they have screwed up.

They do a six months visits to check the heating and air conditioning and all that stuff. Actually when they came to the six months check and everything seem to be fine and everything we've had a power serge and it knock the system off and so they moved up the six month checkup earlier to make sure there wasn't any issue so I am saying they are very responsive I was unfortunately out of town well when he came to do the check he said you might be a little low on free on lets see when I reset all of this if it takes care of this and it didn't take care of it so I called the technician directly because he gave us his phone number and he cam back and added the free on and of course free on is based on whatever market is charging so. The technician that I work with has no issue with me asking a ton of questions, my husband was at the office  he said look if you guys have any questions call me don't text me because I answer better to call then to text and I said okay so he said call me and I will explain anything to him, like I said it's excellent service.
