It didn't cost me anything. They asked if I had my outside and surgical protectors.

It didn't cost me anything because I have a service plan with them.

Called them at 7:30 right when they opened. They said they could be out between 11 and 1 but would call if they got through with a job early. Called and said they could be out at 0930. Got there on time, determined my power cord had a short in it. Replaced it and checked out the unit to make sure everything else was functioning correctly. Very professional and friendly!

They've always been professional.  I've been happy with their work in the past.  I feel that their prices were reasonable.  I'd give them all "A's" across the board.  They service it yearly and it's been fine.

Professionalism stood out. They acted like they knew exactly what they were doing. Cleaned everything up, took away all the old stuff and boxes so I didn't have to mess with that. A total install, clean up and never knew they weren't the ones that were suppose to be there. I think the price was fair.

On Oct. 7, 2016 Tru Tech sent an electrician to install a new electrical panel in my home. The Norman City Inspector came out to check it and requested several adjustments be made. Over all, it took FIVE MONTHS, five electricians from Tru Tech and multiple visits from very busy City Inspectors to get approval for the panel.

They responded promptly, determined the problem and replaced this with a new fixture.

They did a whole house electrical inspection a couple of months ago, and they even changed out burned out light bulbs for me.  I give them a B on the price; they're a little high, but they do a good job.  I didn't even ask them; they just said have you got any extra bulbs, we will change them out for you. They weren't repairing anything, they were just inspecting to make sure my electrical system was working.  I've had an air conditioner, a heater, a whole house generator, and a whole house humidifier put in by them.  They do annual electric and plumbing inspections as well as heat and air inspections, they are always extremely nice and do a good job when they do an installation, and I appreciate the inspections that are free.  They did an inspection last winter on the heater, but no work actually.  When they installed the new heater, it's worked just fine.  They just inspect it on a yearly basis.

Marcie came out to give us estimate and install the fans if we agreed to the estimate. The estimate was well within my budget, but Marcie didn't have a 10' ladder on her truck, which she would need since the fans were on cathedral ceilings. We agreed to installation the following week. Marcie arrived as we expected, and in a very professional manner installed the two ceiling fans within the time frame we expected.

They did my electrical and plumbing. They are an all round home service and so I use them for everything.  The service was free because  have had them out so many times. I didn't realize that I had accumulated points and so the service was which surprised me. It would have been $89 but they looked it up and said it was all free, you have got a balance. That was extra nice. I said, 'This is an all time first time to get plumbing done for free.' Normally, it would have been $89 which I was prepared to pay but it was free. They have a policy of you buy their kind insurance where I pay $13 a month. They will come out for free to check on kind of a rotational basis the electrical, plumbing, heating and air. Everything that they do, they will come and check for free if you buy their policy which saves a lot of money. They will give recommendations on upgrades if you need them and you either tell them, yeah or ney and you know that everything has been been serviced. I gave them a B on price because they are a little high but they are worth it, they are there when you want them. They are good service people and very responsive. They always ask before they leave if there is anything else they can do for you. They even changed the lights for me when they came out and checked the electric system. They changed light bulbs that were burned out. I had no idea that that was part of his service. They were happy to do it. They noticed I had a light bulb burned out in one of the bedrooms and they replaced it. They went out and changed the porches and there was a porch light that needed to be changed. I thought it was a nice service because I can't get up on the ladder and do that.

The office staff is unfailingly pleasant and helpful. The technicians are, with rare exception, competent, professional, and pleasant. If they can't get to the appointment on time, there is ALWAYS a phone call from the office explaining why. I have called at night, on weekends, on short notice -- I have found them to be responsive and dependable.

My experience with them went okay. I really like the repairman, but their receptionist isn't very nice. Other than that, they did a good job. After some of the work was done, we were waiting on getting the air conditioning fixed and that repairman took a long time to get here. When he got here, he didn't know what to do and didn't have the part on him that we needed that whole time. Then the repairman said what we thought was the problem wasn't the problem. I ended up calling another company and they got it running in 30 minutes. They guy who did the initial electrical work was good. I might use them again if they got a different office worker.

showed up ontime. easy to understand their explanation of problem and i agreed with explanation and solution. i ordered a new pump as soon as they left and will have truetech install next week..

Both technicians were polite and professional. Completed the job in a timely manner. Only issue was with credit card, but has been identified by company as isolated incident.

They did a great job! They were very efficient and they did quality work.
