Empire took all the carpet out of my living room and hall and after choosing our new flooring they layed it and the quarter round. It looked absolutely beautiful. They did a wonderful job on the 2 step down areas. We have a sunken living room, so they had to correlate the hall with the living room at the step down and the dining room with the living room. They did an excellent job and very speedy at that. We were very pleased.

Even though the product that was installed was not what I thought I was getting, it was very good quality and the installation was great. It was a great value for my money. The only draw back was that the installer couldn't speak English, and the clean up was poor. That being said, they were very good to complete the job expeditiously and did a follow up.

I had vinyl tile installed in one bathroom and the kitchen and carpet installed in the dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms and hallway. I have received several compliments about the quality of the work and the carpet and tile. The work was done very well and the financing available made it a very good choice.

first try at the installation half of the carpet had forlift holes in it. rescheduled for later the same week to finish bit when they came the carpet was the wrong color. When they came back for the third time 2 weeks later there wasn't enough and the color was wrong again. They finally got it installed on the fourth trip, almost a month after the initial appointment.

The quoted 2 day job took a week because the first group was not given enough product to complete job. they were supposed to order more that day to finish in two days but I found they didn't order. It was just very unorganized and communication was very hard because only one of the 4 I worked with spoke very little English. They were great workers and I do love the floors. Also, they were supposed to remove kitchen laminate before laying new and they didn't do that. Hoping what we were thought were mold stands on original turns out not to be mold or we will have to remove new flooring.

We had just bought a house and had tried cleaning the existing carpet. There was some left over smell of smoke and per urine on carpet that just wouldn’t go away. We received a couple of estimates for carpet replacement. You just couldn’t beat the pricing that Empire had. The deal they gave us was ridiculous. My wife and i love the new carpet.

Wrong flooring delivered and had to wait for reorder. First crew of 3 had no one who spoke any English. Finished job looks ok. Trash was left on the job and nails were thrown on the ground in the front yard near the front door steps. I had to miss 3 days of work trying to change my schedule to meet their schedule that kept changing.
