Mid state basement systems had the best and most fair pricing. They did not use any scare tactics and were upfront and honest. They were also the only company to use a laser level and show me the sag difference in my joists that I was experiencing. I hired mid-state basement systems to do crawl space support and repair on my load bearing wall in my basement. MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. "After having another plumber over (who was also highly rated on Angies List), he simply turned on all my hot water lines and told me "All Fixed". I asked him if we needed to flush the hot water heater and he said no. 5 minutes after the first plumber left, my hot water lines had tons of the resin in it again from the hot water heater and was clogging up all my sinks again. I called the first plumber back and he got irritated with me (I felt he did not believe me) and said there was nothing I could do and I needed to buy a new hot water heater. I was not happy with this answer
I called McClean Plumbing finally. They said they couldn't make it out, and I described all that had happened and all the steps I took over the phone. Even though he couldn't come out to my house, this plumber walked me thorough multiple steps and descriptions over multiple calls in enough details that I bought and installed all I needed to fix the issue and save my hot water heater! Very helpful, smart, and considerate guy! Will definitely use them for my future pluming needs.
