The work was performed quickly, but they did have to come back and fix the drainage issue, as they had set the drain as one of the high spots in the basement, not the lowest. So, while it works, it looks odd and I’ve got a drainage tube in a weird spot."

So after 3 times of getting the runaround, I was completely FED UP with this horrible company and decided to cancel the contract. They FINALLY did let me cancel, but are demanding we still pay $600! After all they put us through over 3+ months, they had the nerve to charge us $600 for an outlet! PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! All they care about is dollar signs, not about the QUALITY of their work or customer service."
