"The work that was provided was performed promptly and the crew leader was responsible and offered some extra interior drain lines due to the fact that the crawl space was extremely open making it very easy to do their work. They did the extra exterior drain line installation per the contract footage pricing to take the sump line to the street curb. very quickly and appearing to be quite well done. The testing of the sump action when they added water to the interior sump pit showed a quick deposit of water into the street. However, I am still seeing evidence of water in the CMU surfaces above elevation of the new interior drain line that was installed. I assume this to indicate that something should have been done at the wall exterior to take water away from the foundation (probably the J-channel installation)."

"Chris & CJ from Stay Dry repaired a leak in our exterior gutter drain system that was originally installed by Stay Dry in 2021. They arrived on time and efficiently & neatly (had to dig to uncover about 12 ft of pipe) repaired the underground leak start to finish in about one hour, being careful not to damage nearby plants & flowers.
