We have repaired hundreds of broken, cracked and chipped bathtubs, showers and whirlpools. We specialize in fiberglass, acrylic, porcelain and cultured marble repairs. Besides tub repairs, we can repair sinks, vinyl windows and vanity tops. We also do line and mechanical repairs on whirlpools. We are an authorized factory repair service for Jacuzzi, Kohler, Aqua Glass, American Standard, Maax, Maax Aker, Aquatic (Lasco), Pearl, Clarke, MTI, Bain Ultra, Praxis and other manufacturers.

"I had a crack in the bottom of a fiberglass tub/shower combo. Contacted Mr. Novak through Angie’s List. He returned my call promptly. We discussed the problem over the phone and he explained the issue with my crack. I am a Technical Maintenance Engineer and just speaking to him over the phone I could tell he knew exactly why my tub cracked just by looking at a picture. Mr.Novak and his wife fixed the tub in a little over an hour. They were very friendly and explained the whole process. I spoke to a few other company’s who basically acted like they did not want my business. I am definitely keeping his business card handy for future reference."

We are one of the largest retailers of Basco Shower Doors, Moen Faucets, Toto Toilets, Kitchen Jewels Cabinets, Maax Spas, Swim Spas, and Finlandia Saunas. We have one of the largest bathroom showrooms in Cincinnati with over 20 full size bathroom displays. Please call or stop and and see us for more information.

"DIY delivery is what you get from Agean. We paid $75 to have our shower base, walls, vanity top and cabinet delivered. We expected to have the items delivered, unloaded and placed where we wanted them. Instead, Agean informed us by phone that “we require another person to be present to help unload the truck.” We were shocked that we were not told this when ordering our pieces. Agean was quick to offer to keep our pieces until we could arrange to pick them up. Or we could pay an extra $25 for an additional person to help unload. Without any other option we agreed to pay the extra money. When the pieces were delivered “only to the garage” they were placed vertically against a wall. If left this way the pieces would warp so we ended up moving the pieces ourselves to a horizontal position on the floor. At the least Agean should refund our entire delivery fee. We didn’t get what we paid for. Secondarily they should inform future customers about their delivery procedure. Customers should know what they are not getting when they pay for delivery from Agean. Customers get a driver and a truck but are expected to help with their own delivery. A vanity top provided by Agean on another job was extremely prone to scratches. Agean said that a coat of car wax would fix the problem but it did not. Replacing any pieces once they are installed is expensive and time consuming. Reconsider using this product."

Rust in your bathtub occurs when iron in the water or on metal components in your tub are exposed to oxygen, but while it’s unsightly, it won’t make bathing dangerous. However, if the rust appears under or around your tub spout or shower head, it could indicate that you have high levels of iron in your water. Drinking water with small amounts of iron in it usually doesn’t pose a health risk, but you might want to consider installing a water softener. The presence of iron could indicate that you have hard water, which can create some plumbing issues.

If your bathtub is in overall good shape with minor scratches, discoloration, or just general wear and tear, it's best (and less expensive) to refinish it. 

If your tub has large cracks, is leaking, or is otherwise severely damaged, we recommend replacing it with a new bathtub. Refinishing a bathtub can only fix superficial problems, so these issues will still be present or reappear after a refinishing.
