We recently had our roof replaced by Roofs by Warren. Mr. Ropp and his crew handled themselves very professionally from the initial phone call until completion of the work. They provided prompt and efficient service removing old shingles and replacing with new in one day. We were pleased to work with him and highly recommend his services.

Warren exceeded all expectations. Called and told me that the roof color we chose was unavailable due to Covid. He went out of his way and finally found the color. Needed some shingles replaced due to wind damage and was very pleased with the work they did. Very professional and cleaned up after themselves. You can even tell which shingles were replaced. Would definitely hire again. Highly recommend Roofs by Warren

I recently had new roof installed by Roofs by Warren. They did and excellent job. Very professional business. Showed up when schedule was set, cleaned up after the job was finished and followed up to ensure all nails were removed from the yard. Horribly. Contacted roofsbywarren hoping to get a roof inspection, estimate for replacement, and repair of a few nail pops after recently having roof inspected by a different company. I also appreciated their support of our military and veterans by offering discounts to those who served. Representative from roofsbywarren seemed very knowledgeable, and asked why previous company inspector didn’t fix nail pops while on the roof. I explained I had a steep pitch, and he assured me they would be taken care of when he came. He did not call prior to arrival, during inspection, or prior to leaving. Arrangements were made for him to access yard and roof as I was waiting for him to call to meet him on site. Needless to say, nail pops are still unrepaired, estimate was never provided, and I’m still looking for a reputable company to do business with...

From Warren showing up to do the estimate to the cleanup after the installation, everything was great. All the people we dealt with were friendly and professional. The installers took care to protect our landscaping during tear off and cleaned up completely when they were finished. The new roof looks great.

It went painlessly. Mr Ropp is as good as his word. a classy man with lots of experience in the building trades. The honest to goodness word that sums Roofs by Warren up is "integrity". Having spent many tens of thousands of dollars over decades on home upgrades and repairs, some of which was wasted on charlatans, this gentleman restored my faith in tradesmen. His crews are genuinely good, decent God fearing solid citizens. I recommend you take the time to get to know these folks as they do their work. Really nice people who care about their jobs and give it their all. The more you are involved, the happier you will be with the outcome. Hire Warren because his work is fairly priced, his people are qualified and he will not forget to keep his promises.

Our experience was outstanding! We love the roof and shutters installed on our home this week. What a transformation! It's exactly what we envisioned when deciding to make changes to the exterior of our home. We sent a note to the contractor thanking him for such a professional job and asked him to extend our appreciation and thanks to the staff and construction crew for a job well done!

On a personal level, Roofs by Warren has completed several jobs for me. The jobs were all completed on time as he said. Clean up was complete. The job was well done. I feel confident in recommending Roof by Warren to anyone!

All work was completed in a timely fashion and at the price quoted. Their employees were a pleasure to work with and once the job was completed the job site was cleaned. All debris and materials were removed.

Warren and his crew installed our roof in 2012 and they did a more than wonderful job! Warren was always there to answer any questions or concerns we had. Warren came out to look at our roof, we had some shingles missing in several places and he got our insurance to approve and replace our roof. All we had to pay was our deductible. We could definitely tell he had plenty of knowledge in this field. The crew finished our roof in no time, which we were very delighted about. They cleaned everything up before leaving and left no debris. They even ran the magnet detector three times to make sure they left nothing behind. My husband and I were more than pleased with the work and have recommended Warren to many people! Their customer service was outstanding and you can tell Warren truly cares about his customers. They did a great job on our roof and we couldn?t have asked for more. 

This process isn't always the most fun. Choosing a contractor to replace your roof is hard. Warren made it easy for us. He showed up on time, told us exactly how the process would go and gave us a very competitive price for the work. We interviewed a few companies in the area and none even came close to Roofs by Warren. I don't normally write reviews, but I felt everyone needed to know that there are still contractors out there that do what they promise. The crews were clean and courteous. They protected my landscape so well it looked like they were never even here other than the new roof. We are very pleased and would use Warren again if there was ever a need. There shouldn't be with the great warranty we got! Thanks, Warren!

We had just closed on this house and came home from closing to find that it was raining inside the house. I called Warren (the owner) and he promised he would have a crew out first thing in the morning. The crew arrived at 7:30 the next day as promised. They made sure our extensive landscaping was covered/protected and that all windows were protected. The site was so clean and debris free during the entire project. They finished as promised/on time and did a great job. The job came in per the bid---no additional costs. Our new home is just beautiful and looks brand new! We also elected to replace all of our gutters as well. The entire job is just beautiful! We were new to the area and had no idea who to call. We are certain we made the best choice and will certainly work with Warren and his men when we do our shop. They are a very respectful company to do business with.
