The windows were as bad as could be imagined. The furnace runs continuously. The inside temperature is staying around 61 to 62.

Very poor experience. Ordered an acrylic shower kit and new glass enclosure in June and latest estimate is December 16. We contacted this company primarily due to Angi’s List recommendations It started off well with the sales person. Very knowledgeable in his products. After 6 weeks, no updates I contacted the salesperson. They had quit. Contacted regional sales mngr and they didn’t have the acrylic yet. Two weeks later, no update, I called and they scheduled. August 30th acrylic installed with plumbing. Installer was clearly sub contracted and had not been trained for measuring for glass 2nd payment and 2weeks later, no update, I contacted again. Had to re-measure. No show, Rescheduled again. Measured and said 2-4 weeks for delivery. After 4 weeks,no updates,contacted again. Glass was not in. 2 weeks later, I contacted again and material ready. Scheduled for September 18. Morning of install called off. They claimed glass was dropped and had to reorder. Now scheduled for Dec 16

The experience was excellent from start to finish. The representative who came to our home was so knowledgeable and was great at answering questions and explaining offers. The installation was scheduled on the timeline we were promised. The installtion was completed in one day and was done very well. The company called to follow-up to be sure that installation was up to our expectations. Although one window had an issue to no one's fault, they had someone out quickly and the window was fixed in excellent time. Due to their great financing options, we went ahead and scheduled to have the rest of the windows in our home replaced. These are two very big projects and we feel that we made a great investment with the right company.

The installer went above and beyond my expectations. He really had his work cut out for him with my shower and it turned out better than I expected. He was friendly, explained things to me, and always cleaned up after himself. Will definitely be having them help me with projects in the future!!

Really great. No problems. Top knot has product quality and install quality. They also cleaned up well after the job.

We had the windows replaced in two different sets first set the 2 extra large windows and 3 normal windows were replaced in July and the other 7 windows were replaced in January. I was nice that we had the same guys to come out to install the widows both times, they were friendly and cleaned up after themselves when they were done.

We with had the shower/bathtub they gave us a quote and they stuck to it even though we had a mold issue and rotted wood on one wall that we didn't expect. They dried out and took care of the mold and replaced all the rotted wood and we paid the price that was quoted.

Just fine no problems the window I had installed are saving me on my energy bill.

This company is awesome! We had a walk-in shower with doors for 15 years. I am a fanatic about keeping things clean, but as much as I tried to keep it mold and mildew-free, I just couldn’t do it. I decided that I wanted to have the shower completely removed, and a new shower installed, and would go back to using a shower curtain. ImproveIt removed the walls, checked for any existing mold behind the walk-in shower, installed new green board, shower walls and fixtures. And, it only took 2 days! It started with Sales person Kyle Plante, who was friendly, courteous, thorough, patient as he led us through all of the options. We chose a subway tile. It’s made of a material that sheds water, and there is NO GROUT! Kyle checked in with us to make sure that we were satisfied with everything. The installers, Brad and Kyle (different Kyle), did a great job, were quiet, and even cleaned up after themselves. They kept us informed throughout the process, and told us not to hesitate to contact the company if we had any questions or concerns, and we had our own personal contacts. We were also given the contact info for the Owners, as they are very interested in knowing that you are satisfied. ImproveIt does other remodeling, and also has the best windows around, according to my friend. They guarantee their work, and we feel that they were very reasonable. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Our new shower is just perfect for us!

Extremely well. The sellers were nice, honest and honorable. One of the bedroom window sills was gouged. They sent a man to fix it. He did a superb job and went above and beyond what he had to do.

For both jobs, they were very quick to respond to my inquiries as well as to set up and perform the jobs requested. Any changes that needed to be made, I was notified of and conferred with in advance. Also, any questions I ever had were immediately answered. I was always given a contact number (multiple numbers in fact) where I could reach someone any time. All employees were very informative and knowledgeable about their part of the process and referred me to other parties (if necessary) if they were unable to answer any questions or direct me on inquiries. I felt comfortable with everyone that I had contact with whether it be personally or over the telephone. I was totally satisfied with all work that was completed and have been contacted several times by the company to ensure that I WAS totally satisfied. I would recommend IMPROVE IT to anyone looking for this kind of work to be done. When I am ready for my next project, they will definitely be who I contact.

Perfectly! They came on time, and they were professional and friendly. Also fixed some damage around the previous windows. They totally cleaned up after themselves so well that you wouldn’t have know they had been there except for the new windows. The windows are impressive as far as ease of use and in insulating abilities. When it was the hottest and very humid, one noticed the rooms with the insulated windows were cooler as you walked into the room. I’m looking forward to see how they handle in cold weather.

Great, good planning and install crew was great to work with.

I went to a home improvement fair and they have a booth there. They finished last week. So far, so good. The only thing that I would say from a negative standpoint was that they took much longer than they should. There was also some work that they did not see that needed to be done that the sales person and the person who did the work somehow overlooked it. Once they subcontracted it out, the serviceman was the one who said, you have a bigger problem. The great thing is their oversight was not included in the pricing. We did not pay anything additional for the work that they did. At one end I feel the really kind of blew it. Then on the other hand, it cost them because they blew it.

I decided to give these guys a second chance since the first attempt to receive a quote from them on my windows had been unsuccessful. funny thing was, shortly after my scheduling mishap, some people from Improve it came by my home to run their sales pitch. I explained to them everything that happened the first time around, so they quickly set me up to again receive a quote. Well we finally got them to our homeand the demonstartion of the product was profesional as well as the price being reasonable. So we signed on while having it explained to us how the process would move from the day we signed on until the installation. We signed on 9/11/13 and installation came 10/24/13. Everything seemed to go very quick and smooth. The installation crew was a father/son team that was very friendly and easy to work with. We are very pleased with our new windows and being that it is 25 degrees out right now we are happy to not feel those drafts anymore! I am pleased to finally be able to work with this company. from the curb appeal that was added to my home to the immediate difference it brings in temperature, we are highly pleased.
