They did a very good job. Insurance paid for most of the damage. We paid them to do additional work, like install a new ceiling in the basement. The thing that impressed me the most was they were always punctual and promptly returned phone calls. I would recommend them for these types of restoration jobs.

They were very professional starting with the initial visit. They gave us an estimate that was itemized with a lot of detail. Their crew was on time, worked hard and cleaned when they left each day. A foreman checked in periodically during the day to review the progress. We were informed of things as the work was being done.

On 10-14-12 (Sunday) I came home to roof damage caused by the top of a tree. I called my insurance agent and left a message to contact me on Monday. On Monday, I called a company nearby to give me an estimate. A representative of the company came that day, looked at the damage and roof and suggested I make an appointment with the insurance adjuster and he would meet with the adjuster. I didn't like the way this man represented himself and did not follow up with him. The adjuster came on Tuesday (10-16-12). He suggested I call a company to have a tarp put on the roof. While I'm outside with the adjuster, my insurance agent called. I called her back to tell her the adjuster had just been here and he suggested so-and-so to do the work. She strongly suggested I not use this person, because they've had problems with him finishing his work. My agent suggested I call Boone Restoration. I called Boone Restoration that same Tuesday and a representative came later the same day, it was actually dark by the time he left. The next day, Boone came and covered the damaged area of the roof. Boone accepted the estimate from the insurance adjuster. Every person I spoke with or met with were very professional and kind. Every phase of the job was performed like clock work and they would call to let me know what to expect next. There was a team for each phase of the work. The job was completed 11-8-12 with a final inspection on 11-9-12. I would highly recommend Boone Restoration to anyone for any kind of home repair or remodeling need. You will be hiring a professional team of experts.

They have been honest, on time and have done everything I have asked them to do. They are clean and clean up after themselves. They have been wonderful. It has been a really good experience. They are respectful of my home and of me as a person. The previous contractor that I thought I was going to use was not respectful of me. These guys are a delight. They have only been here a week. Their price is very fair because I got other estimates which were almost double. I got good reports of them from other people and other contractors.

Project began on time, all work performed as quoted with good quality, all workers & supervisors, top notch, had one schedule glitch but they made up for it at no addtional cost, cleaned up work areas daily, finished on time on budget..No complaints. Company owner Todd is hands on and knowledgable.. Have used before & will again. Outstanding were Darrell (carpenter) and Dale (project super)... This company is best at remediation from fire & water damage, as well....
