We hired Perfect Paver Co. to restore the pavers on our back patio in Fairborn, and the results were incredible. Their team was professional, efficient, and the patio looks brand new - clean, sealed, and revived. Highly recommend their restoration services if your pavers are looking tired!

We had our stone surfaces restored recently and couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable about the process. What really stood out was the attention to detail—they didn’t rush the job and made sure everything was done right, from cleaning to sealing. Our entryway looks brand new, and the stone has never looked better. If you're in the 45323 area and need stone restoration, I highly recommend working with this crew. Great value and even better service.

All in all it was a good experience. The first crew arrived to redo the portions of our paver patio that had sunk and were uneven. They did a very good job of restoration and in some cases went above and beyond. The second crew arrived about a week later to do the cleaning. They moved the furniture off without damaging anything. When they were done everything looked as close as you can get to looking new. The only little hiccup is that in their power washing they undid a little portion of the repairs that the first crew had completed. I messaged the crew leader that evening though and in the morning when they returned they corrected issues before sealing. The job was expensive but it fell right in line with the other companies we got estimates from so I can't really complain. All the crews arrived on time, they were friendly and professional. At this point I do recommend them. I know that over time things will continue to shift so I don't expect the the patio to stay looking perfect forever. The question is will they respond quickly if a section of the patio collapses in a week. There's supposed to to be a year guarantee so we'll see.

They leveled my entire paver patio which was built 20 years ago and they did an incredible job. The tree roots had wrecked havoc on the pavers. The picked up tye paver, tore out the tree roots, and leveled it. Looks brand new!

Great job! The company was fast, efficient and professional. Jake did the work on site and was fantastic! He provided helpful updates throughout the process and clearly cared about doing a good job. Importantly, our decorative concrete patio now looks beautiful!

Travis and Kelly worked GREAT as a team doing the repairs. Travis explained the steps. Both worked hard and made sure pavers were level, especially around the pine tree, and put in the cement barrier. I was impressed with their workmanship. Then Gary and Ethan did an excellent job in cleaning, sanding and sealing my patio. I would highly recommend this company for your project. (Now I have to finish with new dirt and mulch)

The team that did our patio was great. Very fast and thorough. It’s been a week but the patio looks the same as when they finished the job!
