We wanted to keep the existing ceramic tile in the surround. The tub was installed in one day. We did have to have them come back and fix the installation. But that was a painless process and we've had this liner for almost 6 months and we've not had any problems since.

Tub Masters installed an acrylic shower stall, including new faucet in March 2005. The shower head recently started dripping. I called Tub Masters for a repair. 1) A knowledgeable receptionist answered the phone on the first ring and found my installation paperwork in less than a minute. 2) Within 30 minutes a serviceman called and said he would be there in approx 30 minutes. 3) Upon arrival, the service man described the potential problem with the faucet, repaired it using new washers and seals within 20 minutes, cleaned up his mess and left. He said there was no charge for the repair since the company provides a lifetime warranty for the work and components they install.

The sales staff were excellent. After that it has been a horror story.
The installation crew had trouble and had to call in the "specialist" repair man. He too had problems installing the doors.
The walls in this house are not exactly square - about 1/4 inch or less on a 40 year old home. This is not bad. Most homes do not have perfectly squared walls. I had to show the "professional" how to use shims.
Immediately after they left, the doors in the back bath fell off. Upon calling back, the owner blamed me and chewed me out for daring to complain. Admittedly, I was upset after spending so much money for such shoddy service. Thinking he would dump me, not fix the doors, I shut up to soothe his ego.
The design of the doors are such that they will probably fall off sooner or later.
They did return several times and tried to fix the doors. Most of the time I put them back myself. These are heavy doors and I cannot do this alone. As far as the doors go I will probably have to buy some from Lowes and hire someone to install them.
Now, the calk they use is supposed to be "special" and not turn color. They have been back numerous times to replace the calk, which continues to have brown spots on it - mold I think. The entire caulking in one bath has been replaced at least once.
Meanwhile, almost three years later, the doors continue to fall off. I honestly do not think they will do much to fix this problem.
UPDATE:
Since I submitted this report, the owner has come to my house and reviewed the problem. They are going to install new doors of a different type to alleviate this problem. He was professional, apologetic and willing to do what is necessary to see that I am a happy customer. I believe the company does have good intentions, and will make good on this issue. If noting else, the owner is customer oriented and willing to work with me to the extreme.
I very much appreciate that aspect of Tub Masters.

THE FINISHED PRODUCT LOOKED VERY GOOD. THEY GAVE ME A VERY REASONABLE PRICE CONSIDERING THE WORK THAT THEY DID. THEY CAME RIGHT WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND WE WERE VERY SATISFIED.
