We recently decided to have our master bathroom remodeled. The Kircher team was very helpful in the design process in helping us make the most of our limited space as well as helping us choose some great transitional features. We felt the products they offered were good quality and the price was competitive with other bids we had gotten. The work was completed on time and with high quality. There were a couple of items that needed follow up and the team was back at our house within 48 hours to complete the punch list items. We are repeat customers with Kircher, they remodeled our kitchen a few years ago.

They did real good work except that the bathroom is too cramped. They should have seen that the bathroom was going to be cramped and advised us not to put in a new sink cabinet in there. They cannot do anything about it now. The worker was excellent; he was very particular and cleaned up after himself very well. He did not talk all the time; he just did his work.

I paid in piece parts. I liked that they left my kitchen usable during it and they cleaned up at the end of the day. They were quick. I had a couple of issues and they responded immediately. The work turned out so well, my neighbors used them. They did what they said they would do.

They are excellent.  It was a wonderful experience and they were great.  I would tell others that they had an interior decorator on staff and she made my kitchen very trendy, modern and it is a wow kitchen now.  They did such a great job that I wanted to do it for the rest of the house.

Their workmanship was good. They were very attentive to detail and they did the entire job in about 7 weeks. I was very pleased with them. We have used them before when they remodeled the kitchen in our other house and that is why we chose them again. The cleanup was very good and they cleaned up well every day after they were finished.

Kircher Construction did an excellent job with our renovation. We worked with a handful of individuals through the company and everyone was highly skilled, attentive to detail and followed through with what they said that they would do. Construction began and ended as scheduled. Their designer/salesperson provided good advice about design issues and worked with us around our budget through several revisions of the plan. Their carpenters consistently demonstrated high levels of care and craftsmanship in all of the work they did. They did things the right way rather than the quick or easy way.  The project was scheduled so that the plumbing and electrical work (done by subcontractors who had long relationships with the company, I think) occurred as soon as possible given other aspects of construction. All of the Kircher people were friendly and concerned with our convenience and satisfaction. All in all a very positive experience. And we love our new kitchen!

Jim was very friendly and comfortable to be around. He worked steadily and was always on time. Stop to ask our opinion on different aspects of the job. Added a new extra cabinet-watching for this.

My wife and I can't say enough good things about Kitchen Solvers.  At their showroom, Carrie was so helpful about helping us to coordinate the cabinet fronts with the counter top, back splash tile, kitchen sink and faucet, and even the cabinet hardware.  We thought all that we would get is our cabinets refaced, but we got a beautiful new kitchen that makes all of our friends say "wow" when they visit and see our new kitchen for the first time.  The workmen were very neat and always cleaned up after themselves.  They even installed our new dishwasher and because we asked for new LED lighting to replace the old, dated florescent lighting we had originally, they were able to do that work as well.  The whole job went smoothly, without any problems whatsoever and we would recommend Kitchen Solvers to anyone.  Should we need any more work done in future (e.g., bathroom remodeling, bathtub replacement), we will be sure to call them again.

We have had a lot of remodeling done in various homes over the years and was this - by far - the best experience we have ever had.  I had a vision of how I wanted my kitchen to work and had been planning and dreaming about it for many years.  John and Carrie made that vision a reality and the process was surprisingly painless.  They were a tremendous help with the design process and very up front about costs and time frame.  The crew was on site every day, all day, for the duration of the job.  They were pleasant to have in the house (which is important when the job is three weeks long), and were very mindful of keeping the house as clean and picked up as possible.  I would definitely have them back again and in fact plan to when we are ready to re-do our bathrooms.

Kitchen Sovlers is very professional. Laura, the designer, was very accomodating and we liked how she layed out the plan and took a personal interest in our project. She came to our house, took preliminary measurements, documented our ideas and took photos. We visited their Mason showroom to select granite/tile/sink. The actual work was done by Kitchen Solvers employees, except for the granite that came from a granite supplier. Josh, came out and performed the final measurements. W/n 3 weeks, the lead person came in and built out the soffet, the granite template was made. The granite was brought in the following week, but had been miscut on 1 end - so to my amazement, they replaced the biggest piece from a brand new granite slab approx 1 week later - in the meantime they restored our faucet and dishwasher so that we could function. With the new granite installed & the bottom-mount sink, we discovered that the tile didn't match as well as we had hoped, so we changed out the tile - putting the project 1.5 weeks behind schedule - but not due to Kitchen Solvers. The new tile arrived, it was installed, the pantry was brought in and everything looks fantastic!

Carrie came out to our house to describe the process Kitchen Solvers uses in their refacing process. She took measurements of the kitchen. When we went to the showroom she was very helpful in listening to our preferences and showing us cabinets and colors we would like. Also, all the cabinets are made to order so that we could choose EXACTLY what we wanted. They had a decent variety of hardware to choose from in the show room as well. She gave us our estimate which was on par with other estimates we received BUT Kitchen Solutions included more. For instance, new drawers and a new lazy suzanne. We picked out everything at the end of November and were told that we would be scheduled for installation toward the end of January. The job started Feb 1st (which was fine) and was finished Feb 4th. Tom came to our house each day on time. He cleaned up everyday before he left, including sweeping the garage free of saw dust. Tom did a beautiful job and resolved issues that came up before I even had a chance to mention them. We had pull out drawers in our cabinets before the refacing. These drawers proved problematic upon installation of the new "hidden" hardware. Tom solved this problem by obtaining new drawers and installing special hinges. Tom made sure I chose how the cabinet door on the lazy suzanne opened. Tom worked with us providing ideas of how to install the trim around the granite. The previous owner of the house had installed granite tiles for counter tops and used trim wood to cover the unfinished sides. Kitchen solvers ordered trim to replace this rather awkward home job. I was pleased that they were willing to work with this unconventional "finish" and did not attempt to persuade us to replace the counter tops. We had two minor problems pop up after the job was complete. Kitchen Solvers sent out Steve to fix the problem with a few days of my call. he did a good job as well.

I found these guys because I was lost and stopped into their storefront for directions. I kept their card and they were 1 of 3 bids for our kitchen remodel work. Kitchen Solvers did not have many entries in Angie's List. My other two bids did. Auer Kitchens was one of the other bids. I was very impressed by Auer, but their bid was about $10,000 higher than Kitchen Solvers. The third, Kraft Construction, was quite a bit lower, but they did not seem capable of doing the design services, and while very nice people, were not nearly as professional as the others. Kitchen Solvers did very well in all of the following areas: 1) design services, including interior decorating services; 2) general contracting; and finally 3) the actual contruction and installation. The work was done in 4 weeks, which was 3 weeks less than Auer said it would take. Most of the work was done by a wonderful man and craftsman named Steve. Steve was there every day. About half the time, he had a helper. Steve was extremely professional. He was always happy and patient to explain to me and my wife how the work was going and if we had any concerns. The results of his work are very good. I am very handy person and have done this type of work before. I am very picky and the work was done to my satisfaction. The quality of materials used on the job was excellent. The design process was a good experience, too. Laura was our designer and she also handled most of the business end of things. They have a small showroom where you can see most of the materials. While you can pick out almost anything you want, they start by offering you a standard set of cabinets, counter tops, tile, etc. that most people commonly pick. It's a great place to start because a lot of the selecting can be overwhelming. All in all, I think I got a very good value. I rate price a "B" on Angie's list when the price is about right for what you are getting. I reserve "A's" for contractors who are either not charging enough or they have a competitive advantage over their peers that gives them a radically different cost structure. For Kitchen Solvers, keep in mind you are paying for general contracting and design services. I found both to be excellent. When there was a problem (such as with the appliance supplier), it was their problem, not mine, and they worked it as such. They did not try to pass it off to me as my problem. When the work took a little longer than they had estimated, they ate the cost. All changes were done by a formal work change request process.

In 2007 at $13000 we had 3 bathrooms floors with new ceramics. We had a shower that was very small at approximately like 36 x 42 we never used it after we moved in, we felt too cramped and it was so old. Kitchen Solvers removed part of a wall to make it bigger and added a clear window-door. It is perfect. They are GREAT! They are clean with the work they do, they are very detail oriented. They make good suggestions. Plus we were not concern to leave them work alone in the house. We recently used them for a tiny project that they usually don't do but since they had an employee that was free they accepted. They listen, give good suggestions and they respect your budget. While working on the baths, we asked if it was possible to remove the wall between the kitchen and the family room. That was done in a matter of time, they removed, and finished it up; we now can enjoy a new breakfast-counter. Those projects were handled professionally with no major investment and it made a big impact on the house value. We left Kitchen Solvers employees worked alone in the house, they are very trustworthy. We are looking forward to jump on a new project with them: cabinet resurfacing and new counter top.
