I had a crack in the bottom of a fiberglass tub/shower combo. Contacted Mr. Novak through Angie’s List. He returned my call promptly. We discussed the problem over the phone and he explained the issue with my crack. I am a Technical Maintenance Engineer and just speaking to him over the phone I could tell he knew exactly why my tub cracked just by looking at a picture. Mr.Novak and his wife fixed the tub in a little over an hour. They were very friendly and explained the whole process. I spoke to a few other company’s who basically acted like they did not want my business. I am definitely keeping his business card handy for future reference.

Looks like new, you cannot tell where the crack WAS.

Mr Novak was outstanding, extremely professional, and did miraculous work that saved me thousands of dollars.

David did a great job, took his time, repaired a couple problems with the piano (not related to the move) and tuned the piano!

Michael worked us into his schedule to get to us within a day since we only have one bath. He arrived on time and explained what he needed to do to fix the problem, how it happened, and how much it would cost. He is very knowledgeable about all types of bathtubs and how to fix them. Our tub looks great and was fixed in about an hour. I highly recommend Michael Novak.

Michael arrived at the specified time.  He verified the original phone estimate he had made based on my description of the work that needed to be performed.  I had two units- a shower tub and a shower that needed work.  I had removed the original doors and wanted to have those screw holes repaired as well as three chips repaired in the finish of the units.
He filled and sanded and then was able to do an outstanding color match.  These units were thirty five years old!  One was almond and the other Mexican Sand (Kohler).  We were extremely pleased with the way they turned out.  I would definitely use his service again if the need would arise.

I was intrigued by a comment left on Angie's List which claimed that Mike Novak was an artist at what he does-that's high praise, indeed, so I decided to give him a call and I could not have made a better decision.   A former tenant left the bathtub in a very bad state of grime which could not be cleaned by a professional cleaning service.  I contacted Mike Novak to ask about resurfacing/refinishing it and he advised me that he would go out and evaluate the issue.    He came back and advised me that he could make the bathtub look as good as new, and that he also observed a pinpoint hole in the tub which he would repair.   Mike did everything he promised and it's no exaggeration that the end result exceeded my expectations in both quality of the finished product and in price.  Mike could not have been nicer or more professional.   I've already contacted him to do another job for me.

He is also a factory recognized Jacuzzi cover and aqua glass.  He is worth waiting for.  We spent approximately $200 on that service.  We liked everything about this project.  He was very conscientious, very professional, and almost artistic in his quality of work.
