"Mr Plumber Josh arrived, we talked about the problem. He told me how much the job would cost. It was high at $202.94 but I told him it needed to be done. He went to his van for appropriate tools, cleaned the drain, snaked the pipe, cleaned up. I paid him and he left, job completed in about 1/2 hour. I see ads on tv (channel 10tv) all the time for drain cleaning at $95.00. The company runs this ad constantly on tv YET I was not offered nor told this was the amount I'd be charged. This struck me odd that I was charged then as much as I was. My work was done on a Thursday. The immediate Monday morning there was the same ad for $95.00. I immediately called Mr Rooter Plumbing to ask why I paid $202 when they advertise same job at $95.00. I was finally put in touch with a gentleman (Mark) at the company who told me it was up to me to MENTION their ad that runs all the time on tv. They do not offer it. Bottom line, he is refunding me the difference as he said my job was a $95.00 job. I told him I appreciated the refund and that I'd be watching for their refund check to get to me in the mail. Word to the wise here - if you choose to use this company for drain cleaning, MENTION THE $95.00 AD that they RUN ON TV. My point, if this is the price they CONSISTANTLY advertise, it is my opinion that THEY NEED TO HONOR IT without forcing the consumer to mention it."

"We have used Well's before for a clogged drain inside the house that was deeper than the trap point of the drain. They took care of our issue then, so when I noticed our sump pump drain was apparently clogged somewhere between the rear of my house and the street I knew who to call. I spoke to Taylor, explained the problem, and he said, "No problem, I'll be out to fix it." "Xcellent came out and installed the new drains for our downspouts and sump pump. They cleaned up the yard and removed all the flags marking different systems that are in the yard. They are a very professional company and the prices were very reasonable!"

"Heath and his crew carefully excavated around the area of the suspected blockage or break and found that the original drain line had not been properly connected when it was originally installed and had caused the four-inch plastic drain line to become clogged with mud and stop working. Heath connected the four-inch drain line as it should have been connected when it was originally installed. He connected the drain line from the house and the existing clean-out pipe to the existing drain line with a 45 degree elbow.
Before I called Eand B Wooley, I had started to install a collection sump box where the four-inch line connects to the six-inch farmer's tile drain line. Heath connected the lower end of the green four-inch PVC drain line to the six-inch farmer's tile drain line and my collection sump box with another 45 degree elbow to complete the installation. He tested the connection and the water flow to make certain the line was draining properly before filling in the area he had excavated. After confirming that the drain lines were working, he carefully filled in the areas of excavation and leveled the ground to make certain damage to the surrounding grass was minimized.
I was completely impressed by the professional work Heath and his crew accomplished to isolate, identify and correct the problem of the original installation. Heath's services were very cost-effective. While the results of the new installation haven't been tested by a heavy rain and high ground water, I'm confident the system will work better than originally installed.

They arrived on time and efficiently & neatly (had to dig to uncover about 12 ft of pipe) repaired the underground leak start to finish in about one hour, being careful not to damage nearby plants & flowers. "I do not currently have any photos, but I did hire this company to come out and fix my bathtub drain. The price was very reasonable and the job was done completely. My drain is now fully clear of any clogs and it’s draining faster that it ever has, the mess from the clog was also cleaned up by the plumber and I had no cleanup afterwards, which I was very impressed with and grateful for.
