I was initially extremely impressed with the sales representative and work crew I dealt with, but that all changed after my payment for services was made. After the completion of my waterproofing project, my water heater would no longer remain lit. The technicians on site advised they had taken care of it before leaving, but this was not the case. I called the business to advise them of the issue and was told they had not touched the water heater as part of the process. I questioned this because the job order included a $350 fee for moving unit 16. I was then told this was not needed, but had not been advised of this overcharge nor would have had the water heater not been damaged. For several days I tried to work out a solution with the business, but after 6 days was finally told their plumber could not address this for 3 additional days. At this point, I handle the issue through a 3rd party. Deceptive pricing (charging for services not provided), not responsible (big coincidence in water heater issue the day of basement jack hammering), poor communication (could have advised day 1, I was on my own). Find another provider of services..... Not the only option for basement waterproofing around.

They did full waterproofing in our basement, including new sump pump, mold treatment and moving our water heater. Were timely and courteous and seem to have done a really good job.

We chose to have C & J Basement Solutions complete a crawl space encapsulation at our new home after speaking with several other companies. From our first conversation with Patrick, to our consultation with Ron and our three awesome installers, this was one of the best experiences in the service arena for homes. Ron explained each portion of the process and answered all of our questions. Mike, Matt and Bob arrived at the specified time, giving us a call before arrival. They were prepared to keep our home as clean as possible with the snow and wet weather by placing drop cloths on the areas they would be using. To my surprise and delight, they shoveled my entire driveway and walkway to the house! It had snowed during the night and I hadn't gotten to it yet. Wow! How incredibly considerate and kind! The crew got right to work, and it was apparent they had worked together a lot and they knew what they were doing. I asked questions along the way and they showed no annoyance as they answered each question. As they completed the encapsulation they gave me some additional information on what to expect and what not to expect. Our family now has a dry warm and clean crawl space. It will safely store so many items, keep the rooms above it warm and dry and HEALTHY! I have already recommended them to friends, they won't be disappointed should they decide to hire this company. They follow through with their commitment to provide excellent service.

We had an excellent experience with C & J Basement Solutions. We appreciated the no pressure inspection consultation. The representative was knowledgable and gave us a lot of information. The loan process was quick and easy. We had a basement waterproofing system with a sump pump installed. The crew arrived on time every day. They were very professional, friendly, courteous and respectful. The crew kept us informed about what they were doing every day. We were very impressed with their work and their going above and beyond what we expected to insure that everything was done correctly in our basement. If they saw a way that something could be improved...they did it. When the work was finished, they left our basement clean and you could not tell they had been there (except for the fresh cement and new sump pump). They also cleaned up the outside area where they had been: yard, window wells, and deck. They sowed grass seed where they had been in the yard, topped off the window wells to the proper level with gravel and made a new drain pipe near our water tank so that we didn't have drain tubes running across the floor. Inside, they wiped down the floor and door entrance. Overall, the crew took care of our home as if it was their own and made decisions based on what they would want done if it was their home. We highly recommend C & J Basement Solutions. Everyone involved in the process did an excellent job. We are very pleased that we chose C & J Basement Solutions for our project.

I had been experiencing water in our basement and they came out and did a consultation and identified the issue was due to the water lines running underground were too small based on the size of the gutters and downspouts that i had installed. The crew came over in one day and dug up the old lines and replaced with larger lines. The cleanup was incredible and they hauled away all the excess top soil. The finish product is smooth and I just need to lay grass seed this spring. Great price for what was done

Work was great and no problems at all afterward. Now worry free about water in basement every time theres a heavy rain.

C&J Basement Solutions was the only company that wanted to fix the problem. Every other company just wanted to sell me their product, by cutting a trench around my wall to the sump pump. I would highly recommend giving them a call if you have water coming into your basement. When I needed my basement wall reinforced, I didn't even bother calling other contractors. C&J gave me a good price, and had the job done in one day. Thank you guys for your service.
