He was very thorough and showed me how the drains were configured which caused undue stress on the joints between the various drain pipes (sink, disposal, dishwasher). He reconfigured everything, put new seals on made sure all of the lines were free of any items that could potentially cause a blockage, especially the dishwasher drain that he vacuumed out. Over all I am very satisfied with the quality of service and professionalism."

I hired mid-state basement systems to do crawl space support and repair on my load bearing wall in my basement. MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it.
