The crew arrived as scheduled. The crew leader seemed unsure to me about the job specifics so I had the office double check with him and then we were all on the same page. They removed the old fence and posts, dug new ones and put up the new fence in about 5 hours. I wasn't home when the crew finished and I was unhappy when I got home with the height of the fence fabric on the gates, the muddy mess they left on the sidewalk and the the way one corner was done. I contacted the office and within an hour, the crew was back and adjusted everything that I had a problem with. Love being able to text a company and get an answer. Great responsiveness to correct little problems.

Hallie, Chuck and the entire Expert Fence team absolutely exceeded expectations from start to finish. From the moment I submitted their website form requesting information regarding my future project, Hallie was incredibly responsive and helpful. Chuck was flexible in his ability to meet me on site a couple of times to walk through the property and map out exactly how we could map out the fence line. Hallie and Chuck worked directly with the housing association on the approval, and made our job as a homeowner as easy as possible. I am so pleased with the entire process. From the estimate ( Chuck we appreciate your honesty), scheduling, and the installation. With the most recent wind storm the agency was able to bump my appointment up by several days since a large portion of our fence fell over. THANK YOU HALLIE! The guys were super efficient but took the time to be sure we were happy and that they were doing things the way we wanted. Excellent quality and attention to detail. Expert Fence Was quite possibly one of the best experiences I have had hiring work out at our house. The entire process was very smooth. Expert fence installed 400 ft. of 4 t. black Miller aluminum puppy picket fence. Materials arrived ahead of schedule so they were able to install the fence 3 weeks sooner than they had committed. Additionally, we received heavy snow the night before the installation and they spent the first 2 hours shoveling snow to uncover the ground. I would not have expected them to install the fence until the snow melted so I was impressed. Expert even had their own special concrete mix to use in cold weather. They addressed all my questions surrounding installing a fence during the winter months to satisfaction and assured me they had successfully installed fences in the winter before. The entire project was complete in 2 days. Unfortunately, during the installation they did cut through a sprinkler line, however, while they were aware we had a sprinkler system, there was no way for us to mark the underground lines, only the heads; so I can't hold them entirely accountable for that. They laid out the entire fence layout with string lines before they started digging so I could approve it, and also laid out where the fence posts would be so we could ensure there would be no interferences with the sprinkler heads. All the fence posts were dug by hand and were sunk 3 feet. I was impressed with their work, and would recommend them.

Dan really is a fence expert! Working with Dan & his family was an excellent experience. When Dan came out for our estimate, his knowledge was very evident. He spoke with us (patiently, because initially we had too many ideas!) about what we wanted and once we made the decision, he and his team brought our beautiful fence to life.
