"Victors came out to do an inspection on my 16 old roof and found lots of issues I wasn't aware of. The salesman showed me photos AND videos of the issues, which made me feel at ease knowing they weren't just trying to get my money. In under 1 week, the crew was there replacing my roof and I couldn't be happier with it! Everyone I came in contact was very professional, helpful and nice, from beginning to end. Though this was a little more than I anticipated spending on a new roof, I feel like it was totally worth it, knowing that I got good quality materials and workmanship, not to mention the warranty! I would definitely recommend Victors to anyone looking for a new roof 10/10"

"While removing the old roof, the aluminum coverings on our mansard roof dormers were damaged. The roofing crew attempted to repair the damage but the result was not satisfactory. As compensation they deducted a small amount from the total bill."

"I had just bought a house and unfortunately the roof was in terrible shape and my house insurance would not insure me unless I had a new roof. "Erbs was incredible to work with from the very beginning to the finished product. Edwin and Kenny were great to talk to. They are knowledgeable, friendly, down to earth and made us feel confident they were the ones for the job. A crew of three men came to tear off old siding and replace. They worked in the freezing cold and did not stop until the job was done. Kenny was there everyday checking on the progress and the workmanship. We are extremely happy with Erb?s professionalism and craftsmanship. So happy, we are having them replace our roof as well."

"Bone Dry was the second service pro member that responded to my service request. The first company did not go on the roof, but stated a price. When I said I had another company the following day to provide an estimate, he offered a $250 reduction. Bone Dry did go on the roof, provided pictures of what was found and an a rational for the charges. They were respectful and considerate of my needs and did excellent and timely work."
