Taylor and Steve are fantastic, and so is Rosie. Heard a hissing noise outside basement wall where water main comes in. Water started to seep inside our basement. I shut the water off at the meter. This was 6 pm at night. Called the next morning and spoke with Rosie. Explained we had no water. She got Taylor and Steve out later that morning, along with their back hoe, and by 4 pm were up and running again. Thank you Wells!!!

On the day it was scheduled to be done we received a call at 730am when they were supposed to be there at 8am that they couldn't do it because their equipment was frozen due to weather. We ended up calling another company that came out that same day. Would not reccommed Wells Septic to anyone.

Called several times and when they did respond and set an appointment they never called or showed up. We gave them one more chance as they came recommended and did the exact same thing. Will never call again and will not promote them.

We were referred to Wells by another Angie's List provider, Amanda Plumbing, as they do not do septic tank clean outs. Wells were very good to work with! Friendly and accommodating in many ways! The service tech was running behind, but called as soon as he was aware that he would not make the scheduled time and asked if it was ok to still come even though he was running behind. He assessed the situation thoroughly and was able to fix the issue professionally.
