The plumber called to tell me that he was on his way, and soon after he arrived, the sink was unclogged, the drain in the bathtub was adjusted so that it drained more quickly, and the plumbing under two more sinks was inspected to see if there were any leaks. The plumber was polite and professional, and without our asking, he gave us a senior discount."
