"This is our second experience with this company over the past 6 years, both of which have been good. We discovered a sewer backup in our basement and called Mr. Rooter on a Sunday afternoon. Adam C. was at our house a couple of hours later, and we decided to clean the main line with a high-pressure water jet. However, Adam was able to determine with his camera that the problem was not as bad as originally thought, so the water jet was not necessary after all. He knew right away the nuances of our situation having an older house with sewer, water, and gas lines very close together. He easily explained how he would approach the repair and the potential pitfalls that could occur and how each would be addressed.
After choosing to work with Eand B Wooley contacting Heath for the follow-up items on scheduling and additional questions was a breeze. Heath gave us an estimated work time and called 48 hours prior to re-confirm. He handled everything - the permits, materials etc.
The day of the repair Heath and the guys (John and Nick) showed up on-time and got to work right away. Within the minutes the trench was 6' deep. Within 3 hours they had replaced 13' of pipe, retrieved a broken snake left by the previous service company, back filled the trench, and had cleaned up the work area.
Heath and the guys were very friendly and easily answered all of my questions. It appeared that the three of them had a great rapport with each other and enjoyed their work.

"Excellent. We had other projects we wanted done, but they explained to us that installation of these fixtures (and a new outlet) would involved drywall being cut and they wanted us to know this before starting.  We decided this wasn't worth doing. 
They arrived for the estimate a few minutes early, and arrived the day to work right on time. Matt did the installation, and he was professional, courteous, neat and clean. He was only there 1/2  a day.
