"Wells was awesome - when I explained the issue over the phone, the woman was so nice and worked very hard to get someone out as soon as they could (I think it was the owner's wife?). I really appreciated the info she gave me and the extra effort she put into getting someone out to me quickly. Once the crew got here, they found the problem fast, which was a clog due to the outlet pipe being too long and coming up too close to a concrete wall in the tank. It was a quick fix to shorten the pipe and get rid of the clog, and I haven't had a problem since."

I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."

It was nice to have two plumbers on the job and they made quick work of our clogged drain. They found the clog about 35ft in but went the extra step and cleared out all 75 ft of pipe that their auger would reach. They cleaned up after themselves and looked at a small other leak we had. All and all it was a great job, my only complaint is the pricing. When I called to make the appointment he said anywhere from $150-$250 but was informed by the tech that it was going to be $275 due to the use of automatic auger. Seemed pricey.
