"We recently hired Classic Landscapes, LLC to repair our front walkway. Anthony, the owner, came out for our consultation and was great to chat with and clearly outlined what his team would do when it came time for the project. We were able to use our existing pavers, which was great. The team came out and pulled up the pavers, washed them clean and re-installed them over the course of 2 days. The team was very polite, friendly and efficient. We'll certainly be using Classic Landscape, LLC for future landscaping needs!"

"Herb took care of our lawn in Upper Arlington for many years before we moved away. He was super dependable. I also appreciated his honesty as in many hot August weeks over the years he would call to say he stopped by and that the grass hadn't grown much and there was no sense in paying for a mowing. Who elso would do that?---not many I'm afraid. He also took care of all of the Fall leaf cleanups at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended."

"These guys are great! Couldnâ t be happier with their work. I had them come out to do a late fall yard clean up including leaf removal, final mow, and edging. It made such a difference. They were very easy to work with. Highly recommend!"

"Prime Service Ohio did a great job. On top of my lawn looking perfect, they were super friendly and professional. You can't always find good customer service like that these days, so it was refreshing to work with them. The price was the great, and they do high quality work. Can't beat it. Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

Household products such as paints, cleaners, oils, and batteries are considered hazardous and should not be disposed of with regular household waste. Instead, look for local household hazardous waste collection facilities where you can safely dispose of these items without harming the environment or human health.

Lead removal services typically cost between $1,000 and $5,000, depending on the extent of lead presence, the property size, and the complexity of the abatement process.

While not all homes built before 1978 contain lead paint, enough do, so you’ll still want to test to be on the safe side. The federal government banned lead-based paint for homes in 1978, but your state may have banned lead before that time. Around 24% of homes built between 1960 and 1977 contained lead-based paint, while 87% of homes built before 1940 contained lead-based paint.

It is safe to remove old linoleum, but it may require the help of a specialist due to the risk of asbestos in the material. Before you cut into linoleum or try to peel it up, have it tested for asbestos. If it tests positive, professionals will need to remove it to prevent the risk of health issues from airborne toxic particles. If it’s asbestos-free, DIY removal is possible and safe.

According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), hazardous waste is generally classified into four main categories:

1. Characteristic Wastes: These exhibit at least one of four hazardous traits: ignitability (flammable, like gasoline), corrosivity (can rust or decompose materials, like car batteries), reactivity (unstable and can explode, like aerosol cans), or toxicity (harmful when ingested, like lead-based paint).

2. Listed Wastes: These are specific wastes from manufacturing and industrial processes that the EPA has officially designated as hazardous. They include byproducts from processes that use solvents, pesticides, and other chemicals.

3. Universal Wastes: These are commonly generated hazardous items that are subject to streamlined regulations. Examples include batteries, pesticides, mercury-containing equipment (e.g., bulbs), and some lamps.

4. Mixed Wastes: This category includes waste that contains both hazardous and radioactive components, making it subject to regulation by both the EPA and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
