"Price was exactly as quoted. He was able to tell me over the phone based on the age of my house about what size tanks. Asked for price and he said that it would be $250 for primary tank and an additional $100 if he needed to do the second. We had not had this service performed since we moved in 8 years ago. Once on-site, he said that he could see some 'discoloratization' and recommended that it be done, but did not hard sell it at all. I went ahead and authorized the cleaning of the second tank. Afterwards, he said that he thought it was a good idea that I had it done. He also said now that given the number of people in the home the primary tank shouldn't have to be done again for another 4-5 years and second tank maybe not ever if system stays healthy. Job was finished is about 30 minutes. Very pleasant and professional, used on a referral from my neighbor. Only rated him a "B" on quality since, well, how would I know? I'm not going down there!"

I really appreciated that! He worked extra hard at unsticking the garbage disposal blades to save us the cost of purchasing a new one when ours was still in good condition. I felt he treated our house and our plumbing problems with as much care and thought as he would his own.
