Tech Zane took off his shoes each time he entered. Gave several options. Told me the faucet didn't need to be replaced and could be fixed. Fixed 2 issues quickly.

Completed the job; slow drain in bathtub. Snaked it and educated me on tips to prevent it going forward.

Zane was knowledgeable helpful courteous and respectful. He will be coming back to install the part that he helped us order that will match our fixtures and give us an improved shower. He solved the problem of the leak we were having also. We are absolutely delighted with Zaneâ s work. Jamie at the office was diligent in setting up the service call, calling us prior to Zaneâ s arrival and scheduling the follow-up. We are very pleased with this organization and its people!

Sunday they told me they could come Monday between 8-9. Around 730 Monday morning I received a text message asking for my number since Angie protects that information. I responded back almost immediately. I heard nothing else. I texted at 930ish asking for an update since I had to leave for work at 11 and let them know when I would be home. I received a text around 430 apologizing for the inconvenience and that their tech had been held up at an emergency. Which I understood but why did not the owner/manager/receptionist or whoever contact me that morning to let me know??? Who knows. The person texting me said they could come out the next day. I let them know I was available at or after 445. They messaged me Tuesday at 330ish saying someone would be out around 445. When no one showed up around 515 I texted the number back asking for an eta. The tech finally showed at 530. I do get emergencies happen but the communication sucks. The tech was super nice and personable tho!

I called this company. They sent Zane out within 1-2 hours of me calling them. Zane was very professional and completed the work in a very timely manner. He also did the work for a very reasonable price. We will use this company again for sure and hope we get Zane again. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to our friends and family. Great job!
