Not only did they offer the best price, but also included all permits and quality features such as metal framing without us having to ask. "We couldn’t be happier. The upstairs is beautiful. Tim kept everything cleaned up while working, showed up promptly and kept sub use to a minimum . Everyone who worked in our home went out of their way to make sure we understood all work, and were polite and respectful. Phase 1 went so well that we have hired Tim to do phase 2 - take the kitchen back to studs, move it to a new location, create a laundry room (it’s out of the basement now Yea!) and walk-in pantry, new half bath, change all electrical to white, wood floors, all new doors, new baseboards and crown molding. We are part way through phase 2 and couldn’t be happier. Our home is becoming the beautiful dream home we’ve always wanted. We feel blessed to have found Tim and highly recommend him.
