The guy was on time, went straight to work, was extremely professional, and had my washer fixed in about 20 minutes. I had a big sewing needle stuck in my pump, I had NO idea what was going on, he fixed it right away. There was no surprise fees, the total was what I expected, and I'm very happy. His name is Craig, he's very professional and friendly and I highly recommend this business. Thanks again Craig/days appliances!"

"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"We bought a number of appliances for our remodeled kitchen 6 years ago. They sold us on Bosch as high-end, German-made products. When we had our second repair issue with our dishwasher, I had to go to the store. Fortunately, Reese was the one who heard my concerns. He contacted the area manager for Bosch, and more that just the perfunctory apologies, Bosch was willing to sell us a new unit for a greatly reduced price and Appliance Loft somehow waived the install fee. They stand behind their products; don't let the price enticements from the big box stores lure you because this store truly stands behind their products and sales pitch."

"Horrible! I will never again purchase anything from Lowes in Florence, Ky. From day one this purchase was an absolute circus. The sales associate put my purchase in as taking my washer and dryer with me. I don’t have a truck! It took 2 days shy of 2 weeks to receive the units. Here’s the kicker. The delivery personnel did not have the dryer cord or hose I purchased with the dryer. I have to wait another day to have that installed. An absolute headache for 1,500.00. I implore you to not purchase any appliances from Lowes in Florence, Ky. I would write the whole experience but it’s just too much. Im so DONE with this store. Poor customer service and delivery was absolutely horrible all the way around. First and last buy from this store!"

Also, after an electrical storm knocked out several of our devices, we agreed with Seiter's suggestion to install a surge protector in the electrical panel. Travis and Leyla did an excellent job installing the various devices, and they were quite informative and professional throughout."
