They listened to my needs. Their product, gutters, were quality and they made sure they covered all the bases to make sure my job would be done right. The installers did a great job. They went above to make sure all my trouble spots would be fixed. I had purchased from Leaf Filter gutters 3 years before and they leaked, clogged and cause damage to my house. Leaf Filter would not honor their warranty and even after calls, emails and more calls, they would not repair the bad job and unsized gutters they put on my house. So go with the best, Gutter Magicians the first time. It may cost a little more but it's worth it. Don't do the job twice like I did.

The product is great but I do not like the company. The installers forgot to include things on the quote that was supposed to include everything related to the project. So we ended up being forced to pay more. And the company policies are sexist. They wouldnt come talk to me about a quote unless my Husband was present. But theyd give Him a quote without me there.

The installation crew was very professional and friendly. They were able to finish the job in a timely manner. The gutters look great and are working fabulously.

Professional and helpful team. Gutters are fantastic and install professional on a tall steep Victorian Queen Anne with a turret. Challenging job that performed safely and professionally.

Totally professionals, from the canvasser to the salesmen, to the man who made the gutters on site to the crew who did the install. The owner negotiated an acceptable price that fit my budget. We had rain shortly after the install and they worked as promised. Of course a heavy torrential downpour will be the test but I am sure they will handle the heaviest rains.

I was impressed with the presentation given by the salesperson. I was shown examples of other gutter systems with comparison to the gutters that Gutter Magicians provides. The explanation of why the gutter system provided by Gutter Magicians made sense and convinced be they were the best choice. Also the price quoted was far better than what I previously given by another well known gutter company. The company provided me a contract that clearly indicated what services I would receive and the warranty that would be in effect once I was satisfied with the installation. Within a short period of time the installers contacted me and were on site to evaluate the safest way to procede. The project manager, Nial Mansur, noted that my power company had to be notified to secure a power line, which the company took care of. Also there were bushes that had to be trimmed to make sure the work ladders could be placed safely and the company helped with that. Once the job started the installation went quickly and there was care taken that there was no damage to the landscaping. I was pleased with the communication I had with members of the team at every step from start to finish.

Gutter Magicians were wonderful to work with. Sales Rep Drake was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He was also a very nice young man who was considerate and professional. Same with the installers. They were very good at their jobs. Prompt, efficient and hard working. Very detail oriented. I would highly recommended them. Plus it rained and the gutters worked perfectly. What a relief.

I am on disability and they worked with me and allowed me to make in-house financing interest free which was very nice.

They were prompt, courteous, and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.
