Eads Fencing Co. maybe one of the worst companies we have ever done business with in our 35+ years of owning homes. 1. The first install was the wrong color (Eads fault) the first crew installed the fence about a foot above the ground, (pictured). When we informed the crew that this was WRONG, they decided to cut off the bottom of the post to cover-up their error (pictured). 2. This first crew had spray painted our neighbors fence (pictured), and paint drips on our driveway. - After all this, a few days later a second crew, which seemed like a family who also brought their elementary children with them, to tear out the fencing. Leaving 31 -- 2 to 3 foot holes in our back yard. This was to cause a liability for us if anyone was to fall/hurt themselves on our property due to these holes. Eads contract states that the customer takes care of the Dirt/Spoils, as the “installer will pile around post”. EADS had to remove all the post due to your mistake. Therefore they should have replaced the dirt until they can complete their part of the contract. They would not, so we had to fill these holes since it was going to be another 8 weeks before the correct color fencing was to come in. - Even after the correct fencing came in Eads did not order enough post, panels or even enough post caps. Making the completion of the install an even longer process. - The contract was signed on May 5, but the final completion and payment was not until October 30, 2023. - Even 2 weeks after invoice was paid, we had to contact Eads to fix a crooked post (Nov. 14th 2023) - In March of 2025, 17 months after completion of the fencing, one of the panels started coming out of the post. (pictured) - - After multiple emails and phone calls to Eads asking them to come to repair the fence, stating to them that we know the warranty has expired, and that this will cost us, they NEVER ‘got back’ to us. - We now have straps holding the fence post together - I STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU DO NOT USE Eads FOR ANY FENCING. As Brian, from Eads, has stated in one of his emails to us, is “that we messed up” (July 19th 2023).

We could not be more happy with Eads and our new fence. They were prompt, they listened to exactly what we wanted, they worked very hard and got our whole fence done in one day. We are beyond satisfied with the whole process and our fence. We will recommend them to any and all friends/family and clients that are looking for a new fence. Ohh and did I mention price? They were the best price out of 6 quotes!!!!!

Eads (Brandon) came out when I needed a fence gate repair job done when the original installer basically ignored me for months. Brandon came out within a reasonable timeframe just in time for our new puppy. Brandon was quick and courteous. Would highly recommend.

In July we ordered a deck and fence replacement from Eads. Because of supply issues and being very busy, and taking our time getting the permit, they started the deck in October. All the workers that came out, from the ones that demolished the deck, to the different crews that came out to put the main supports, deck, railing and cover were all very polite. Each and every one of them knew what they were doing and did an excellent job. In November they started the fence and finished it as soon as they could. They even came out on a weekend to set up a small area so we could let our dogs out and even replaced a section of the fence that we shared with our neighbors. They never left a mess and were very precise about what they wee doing and we are very happy with the results.

I would definitely recommend EADs to anyone looking to have a fence professional installed. Their sales rep, Brian, was professional, on-time, upfront, knowledgeable, and responsive. The crew that installed the fence were the hardest workers I've ever dealt with. They were able to get the entire fence completed in one day. Plus the fence looks amazing!

We had Bernie as our sales representative and he showed up on time and was very responsive. We worked with Joy in scheduling and they were ready to install the fence when we were ready. Trey and Darren were our installers. They showed up on time, were very friendly, cleaned up their mess, and most importantly did a great job!

Charles and his three sons Brady, Cody, and Noah installed 150 feet of 6 foot tall chain link fence for me. They did a great job, worked efficiently as a team and did not waste any time. However, the high quality work product is only a small part of the bigger picture in my opinion. This family / team not only represented EADS in the highest regard possible, they also represented themselves as total professionals and outstanding individuals. I am a 62 year old home owner. These young men did not have to give me “the time of day” whenever I tried to strike up a conversation. However, when they were taking a break and I would head out to see if they needed anything they would not hesitate to discuss any subject I brought up. They were kind, courteous, respectful, everything the younger generation needs to be and more. Congratulations to these young men and to their parents for a job well done!!!

They were excellent, quality wise, attention to details was excellent, and I consider the price to be fair, but lately they have been logging on the backyard fence, which was originally scheduled in November 2020 but got pushed 4 times, the project was paid for in April 2020, original completion was end of summer, but the project will commenced end of this month. The sales representative Terry, did not follow up on his commitments.

Excellent experience from first sales encounter through final installation. Sales rep very responsive to questions and desired layout changes. Came to site within 24 hours for followl-up questons and planning. Provided guidance and support for all the needed permits, survey etc. Reasonable cost. Installation crew very efficient. Went to work instantly upon arrival and had the job done in a day. Very professional.

Worked quite well! I called for a quote. A representative showed up and took measurements. He then showed me options with photographs. A quote was then submitted with photos. I chose this quote from the three I received and I am happy with the installation.

Upon my request for an estimate for aluminum fencing to surround my backyard, Barney was very quick to respond to me and very quick to schedule an appointment to review the scope of the work and provide an estimate. When it came time for installation, Lane and his crew arrived on time, he kept me in the loop as work progressed, and they did an excellent installation job. Overall, my experience with Eads was fantastic, with no issues at all.

I order 2 pieces of privacy fence for my porch in August 6. I went direct to the store. The sales guy there recommend a fence type that he said is the only one available right now if I want something done with in next month. This was the $100 sf fence. He mentioned that rest of the styles are back shedulled 3 months. After I order 3 weeks later they told me the fence is only available first week of November. I had no choice but to wait since I did like the fence. November show up and no fence available. The sales guy comunication was not the best. His only remark said is not here yet I will call you when is here. He didn't offer a traking info or anything else. I had to follow up evrey 2 weeks to get an answer. it supposed to be the other way. Finaly got my fence installed mid January 2021 about 6 months after purchased. Eads need to improve a lot in comunication and sales. The quality of instalation and quality of product is great. 5 stars to the instalation team. Juan and his helper was Adrian did there best . They did what I told them to do. They deliver a professional instalation. 1 star to comunication and sales. I don't want to put names there Eads know exactly who they are. Eads ig you wantto be a 5 star local company improve your comunication and refresh on the sale strategy.. Thank you.
