Taylor Water Systems

We were having some salty water. Will came and discovered that a sensor for proper water level was failing. He did a quick correction followed by another visit with additional salt. Now he will return with new parts to correct the failure. No additional cost to us. We paid for a rebuild/new system several years back, so he just continues to provide care when it is needed.

I called for information, and received an immediate response. Will answered my questions, and was well familiar with the problems I'd experienced with other brands of water softeners and providers. We set an appointment for an installation, and he showed up EXACTLY at the appointed time. Installation was finished well before I'd expected it to be, and the unit works perfectly. I was thrilled that he was able to come so soon, as my previous unit had died catastrophically, dumping a considerable amount of water in my basement. I was more thrilled to spend less than 1/2 what I did on the other unit, and that was 15 years ago! I joined Angie's List specifically because I was tired of the run-around I was getting from water-softener people. This was my very first experience, and I feel it more than justified my subscription.

This company is very reliable, professional, and friendly. They do a good job of keeping up with my services. They show up on time and save me the pain of carrying those heavy slat bags down to my basement where the softener is.

I was very pleased with the work. The man who came out had 20+ years of experience. We haven't had any problems since repairs. I would recommend them for installation of water softener treatment programs and they are available 24 hours.

VERY POSITIVE, USED SERVICE FOR 6-8 YEARS; FRIENDLY, RELIABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE. WEATHER IS NOT A PROBLEM FOR DELIVERY, NOR DO WE HAVE TO BE HOME. IF WE ARE AWAY, SALT IS LEFT NEAR HOUSE ON DRIVEWAY.
