Our home warranty sent them out to our house and the guy showed up an hour late. He popped the bottom of the dishwasher off and took some pictures. He went out to call GE to get a code and he ended up taking off. I called them to find out where he went. We had a previous problem with cockroaches but it had been resolved and there were no live bugs when he was there. He used that as an excuse to not service our appliance. It was not as bad as he made it out to be. The owner I talked to backed him up and said they would not be able to take care of my repair. I ended up finding someone else who replaced the dishwasher for us. We will not hire them again.

The Tech who made the service call was professional and courteous, but would have had to make another service call if I elected to repair the dishwasher since the necessary parts would have to be backordered. I paid only for the service call.

Professional, pleasant, polite and punctual! Best experience for such a frustrating problem that was strictly the fault of the appliance. This was second time we used this company. Definitely recommend.

The stove work hasn't been done yet, but the refrigerator is complete. The problem with the refrigerator was that it was accumulating ice at the bottom in the freezer. So he installed tubing to redirect the water out of there to prevent the ice buildup. So far that problem seems to have been corrected.

I have had this company here 5 times before it was working. I called because water started coming out of the refrigerator door. First visit - need a new ice maker. He didn't have one so he sent me to an appliance store to purchase it. He came back to install. No ice. So, he came out again and said it wasn't turned on. He left and still no ice. He came back again and said it may be the water filter switch. So he came back out again with the part and installed it. This final visit, the ice maker started working.

My Samsung dryer drum stopped tumbling the clothes on Thursday night. My warranty had expired two months ago. I called Samsung Friday morning and they said the belt had either broken or slipped off and gave me the number of their authorized dealer to call for repair. I waited half a day for them to call me back, then looked up a company on Angie's list that had worked on Samsung dryers. I called Authorized Appliance Repair and they sent a repairman out in 35 min. I knew before I called that he would have to order parts if they were needed. Jim was polite, professional, and was certified to work on Samsung appliances. He told me what was wrong with the dryer (belt) and ordered the part. He said if the part came in on Saturday he would be back to install it, otherwise he would be back on Monday. He arrived on Monday afternoon and fixed my dryer. The belt was not broken; it was split and was too loose to spin the dryer. Samsung had not installed the clip to keep the belt in place so my dryer had never worked properly. My dryer now dries clothes much faster. Also, Jim was a wealth of knowledge about both my washer and dryer. No more mold problems in the soap dispenser! That information was worth what I paid for the dryer repair. I will certainly call Authorized Appliance Repair back for ALL my appliance repairs and recommend them to my friends. Thanks Jim.

I called on 12/19. The soonest they could come was 12/21. The technician was on-time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He showed me the broken part and explained that he didn't carry the part on his truck, so he would have to order it. He had me authorize the charge on my credit card and said someone would call when the part was in. I waited to hear, through Christmas, through the New Year and I finally called them two weeks later to ask when they were coming. I was spending a fortune at the laundromat. She said they could come on 2/9, almost three weeks after the initial service call. The technician was on-time and fixed it quickly. However, it still does not sound quite right. On the final spin, he makes a lot of noise for about 30 seconds, more than I ever remember. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and nice but I think that me having to follow up after not hearing from them for two weeks rates a B.

I am not willing to put that much money into the washer a second time, so I had a lot of questions about other brands (won't buy Whirlpool again). Terry seemed well informed and told me the repair history of other major brands. He even disclosed that the parts to my Whirlpool Duet are on back order until FEB!!! Terry was polite and professional. He even waited for my husband to arrive home
so he could answer any questions that he had. Will use them again.

The heating element went out on my Samsung front loading dryer and I convinced my husband not to try and fix it :-) Authorized Service customer service was informative on the phone (they were my 2nd call - the first did not work on Samsung) and the tech was scheduled to come for Wednesday. They analyzed the dryer, confirmed it was the heating element, and realized they did not have the part in stock. This is the only "bad" thing. The tech was polite, talkative, knowledgeable, punctual, and even helped my husband put back the washer we took out of our closet like washroom so he could work on the dryer. The part came in and the dryer was fixed on Saturday (3 days later, first available time to come back). Overall, we are very pleased with the service of the company from the first phone call to the completion of the repairs. If needed, we will not hesitate to call Authorized Service again. As noted, the only "bad" thing was not having the part in stock and waiting three more days to do laundry :-)

Fixed broiler first visit but had to order sensor rod. All was fixed in a very satisfactory and professional manner. My only issue was that I was told I 'd be called when part came in but after 2 weeks I finally called them and part was in. They did come within 2 days then. Oven works great again.

Original service tech seemed to struggle with identifying the root cause of the problem. The customer service or scheduling representative does not seem to have good problem solving skills. Repair was delayed due to parts not arriving as promised. Long drawn out repair had there not been another refrigerator option there would have been without a way to keep food refrigerated. The only reason I would consider using this company again was due to the professionalism of the service manger and his intervention to solve the problem.

Called Monday morning at 8:30 for an appointment Repairman was at the house by 9:45 AM. Needed repair was diagnosed by 10:15. Part was ordered and repairman returned Wednesday afternoon. This part took 5 minutes and he was gone.
